Today was run day! 🏃🏼♀️ Love this tank top “I Run This Body” symbolizes so much more than just a “run”. Think about it 🤔 💭 #halfmarathontraining . . Breakfast: Shakeology. This was Vegan Tropical Strawberry, although not my favorite flavor, a nice change once in awhile. Vegan Chocolate by far and away is my fav! 😋 And of course coffee ☕️, duh! 🙄 . . A big fan of glass straws recently, inexpensive, easy to clean and so much better for you and the environment as well! 👍🏻 . . Lunch: A little variation with the asparagus and mushrooms from yesterday, still in there, though today cooked with a scrambled egg, topped with Pico, and avocado 🥑, side of sweet potatoes sprinkled with cinnamon 🍠 made in the air fryer. 😋 . . I am a 3 meals a day kind of girl, always have been! And usually a snack or 2 😜 Just choose wisely.
