I’m not even gonna front. My last two workouts have felt like 💩 I was just not excited to go to the gym. When I got there the weight felt heavy or my body felt way more tired than usual. Aka. I’ve been hit with Fatigue. Everyone’s got their bad days.🤷🏻♀️ Even with as much as the workouts themselves have kinda sucked, I will say that having headspace in the gym makes up for everything. Gym Therapy 🧘🏻♀️ Being able to go in and blow off all of the stress and tension that I’ve been holding onto throughout the day/week makes me feel like I can breathe again.🌬 It gets rid of that heavy feeling in my chest when all my thoughts are getting the better of me. It shows me that I’m capable of whatever I say I am. And ultimately it proves to me that if I am this strong physically, I damn sure better stay strong mentally and emotionally. No excuses. I’m looking forward to a nice deload this week then we’re 6 weeks out baby!!
