A coastal power spot. For me, it isnt so much that a power spot affects me as a highly concentrated center of feng shui, but that it reminds me to listen. I often feel a sort of energy when floating out in the ocean, locked in a soft fascination for the cycles of the earth, coursing all around me, culminating in a wave to be surfed; I also feel this when rock climbing, bathed by the sounds of falling water, the fragrance of lush forest, and the rough textures of rock; something similar stirs within me when backcountry skiing, watching the snow swirl and howl around trees, stoic in their cause. This mindset is not optimal for progression and can hinder you significantly. I am someone who NEVER takes pre-workout, because I simply believe I donโ€™t need it, (because Iโ€™m young fit and am already full of energy) Iโ€™ve been working along side of @fit_pharmaceuticals taking their supplements and i can ๐Ÿ’ฏ % recommend taking their pre workout. A shot of the forbidden Apple ๐Ÿ had me buzzing, motivated and able to bench 10kg+ what I normal lift on Mondayโ€™s chest day, AFTER working a 9hour shift.
