I didnt want to post this because I felt that I had no right to. My fitness journey didnt revolve around LOSING weight so I felt nothing I did counted or mattered to the fitness world. - The middle was me skinny and depressed. The fact is, I was inactive, underweight, and weak. I had stopped dancing as often due to a leg injury and was struggling to find myself without it. I was depressed. I hated how small I was, couldnt look at myself in the mirror, I despised everyone who called me skinny. - I dont know what changed. Maybe just the desire to better myself, the desire to be HAPPY with myself again. But I made the choice to get active and put on some muscle and build strength. - I worked hard; changed my eating habits, started working on my cardio and started lifting heavy! I did this all myself. My meal plans, my workouts, my cardio. I did it all myself. Within mere months I was seeing RESULTS! I experienced real GAINS!
