Plank holds are the foundational pose for developing the strength and awareness to support our body. Creating the most aligned and integrated structure is where we start. Rolling the tailbone down, also called posterior pelvic tilt, engages the lower abs and creates alignment in the spine. Pulling the bottom of the ribs in, or hollowing the body creates stronger integrity in the torso. Elbows under the shoulders creates efficient energy vectors to support our body and takes stress out of the shoulder joint. Smiling is the not optional advanced version. Mantra Mondays | I deserve complete fulfillment. •☆• Shreem Kleem Namah :: I attract abundance from my true self. •★• Down on retreat in Puerto Rico I couldn’t help but feel so delighted and grateful within and for the experience. Savoring the warmth, the people, the adventures and goodness of just receiving such a gift. It stirs quite a lot within when we choose to receive so much, especially feelings as deservedness. Who am I to receive so much? Why should I have this experience and others not? I cannot help but recall the teachings of my great teachers who have affirmed and reaffirmed in me again and again that worthiness is your birthright. It is taught that your true Self – your core consciousness – is divine. You are enough exactly as you are. You are whole and complete simply because you were born. The work of mindfulness, yoga and meditation all serve to remind us of this truth and the beauty that resides within. It encourages us with each breath to reconnect with the goodness and power of our own divine being, experiencing our inner selves and knowing are true worth. As our experience of our real Self becomes stronger, so does our awareness that we are deserving of all that is good. You don’t have to do anything to be deserving – you already are. You are 100% complete just as you are. Olen kova jännittämään. Aina ollut. Kun hetki sitten pidin joogatunnin yhdellä mulle rakkaimmista ja merkityksillisimmistä studioista, jännitin enemmän kuin yleensä - ehkä juuri siksi, että siinä paikassa opettaminen tuntui niin merkitykselliseltä asialta. Joskus pelko ja jännitys ovat sellaisia asioita, jotka estävät tekemästä jotakin, mikä oikeasti haluaisi tehdä. Kun ennen tuntia jännitystärinän keskellä ehdin ajatella, etten yksinkertaisesti pysty sitä tuntia ohjaamaan, olisi ehkä ollut helpompi antaa ajatukselle periksi. Mutta samalla tiesin ettei se ole vaihtoehto, sillä olen päättänyt pysähtyä, kun huomaan ajattelevani ”en pysty”. Olen päättänyt sanoa itselleni, että entä jos pystyisit kuitenkin. Ja se on oikeastaan tärkein muistutus, jonka siinä tilanteessa voi itselleen sanoa. Sillä vaikka pelottaa, sen ei tarvitse antaa estää. Vaikka se pelko ja jännitys olisi niin kovaa, että koko keho tärisee kauttaaltaan leukaluita myöten. Se vain kertoo, että asialla on väliä, merkitystä. Kun siis seuraavan kerran pelottaa, katso pelkoa silmiin, sano kiitos ja tee silti. Kun jännittää puhua ääneen, olla esillä, tehdä jotain uutta, ihastu jännitykseen ja kulje sitä kohti. Kun jännitykselle ja pelolle ei anna valtaa, ne väistyvät ja antavat sulle tilaa.

Ведь 1 минута - это так мало, что стыдно не сделать.🤭 ⠀ Почему мы кладём в основу полезных привычек спорт и медитацию? Спорт нужен всем, как бы вы не пытались это отрицать. И лучше вспомнить о нем, до того, как доктор скажет вам👩🏼‍⚕️: «Если вы не начнёте заниматься спортом, у вас будут большие проблемы со здоровьем». ⠀ Начните сегодня. ⠀ А спорт и медитацию вы можете найти в йоге, правда, спорт здесь - больше познание своего тела. Warto jednak pamiętać, że nieważne czy wykonujemy właśnie fikuśną pozycję czy siedzimy w siadzie skrzyżnym - o stopniu zaawansowania świadczy to co się dzieje wtedy w naszej głowie. 😊 Joga to ani sport ani religia.
