Working out has become a HUGE part of my life over this past month. To be honest, most days it’s the very last thing I want to do. But the very first thing I feel after completing a workout is accomplished. 🏆⁣ ⁣ Being intimidated by exercise is a totally normal feeling, especially when you might be just starting out or trying a new class. Going at it alone can be even more anxiety provoking, even if you’ve been working out for years. ⁣ ⁣ Find yourself a workout buddy.
