And there it is guys. 7 days of training around 80%. Nervous system definitely took a toll from this week so gonna take a day or two to relax and come back stronger and rested. I decided to post both pictures of me post workout today and flat in the morning. After 7 days, I’m now weighing in at 184.4. No strict dieting, still had my Reece’s, pizza and burgers. Didn’t get all my meals in last couple days but that’s life. This is definitely not my leanest by any means, but it’s the look I like to try and maintain year round. Didn’t do anything special, just trained smart and paid my dues 🙏💪. Lmk if you got any questions and if I should start posting some workouts 👌

Ironically, theyre among the most neglected muscle groups in the body. - If youre not familiar, the rear delts—technically the posterior deltoids—are the backside portion of the deltoid muscles, the round muscles that sit on your upper arms and shoulders. They help bring your upper arms behind your body and externally rotate your shoulders (hand turning outward) - ▶️ Here is how you perform the Reverse fly in the shape of a W: - 1️⃣ Grab two dumbbells while keeping core extremely tight. - 2️⃣ Externally rotate your arms into a W shape and hold position. - 3️⃣ Then slowly lower arms back to starting position. - 🔁 Repeat. - ⚾ Tag a friend who should try out this new exercise. - -

It helps to allow the shoulder to move in almost any movement pattern. Think of all the ways the shoulder moves when throwing a ball, reaching in the back seat of the car to lift up a bag, washing your hair, turning over a glass or even taking a bite of food. - The rotator cuff is made up of four muscles and their tendons around the shoulder. Wrapping around the front, back, and top of the shoulder they support movement by stabilizing the shoulder joint. These muscles are not very large in comparison to many of the other muscles in the area. But they still have a very big role that takes adequate strength levels and endurance. - ▶️ Here is how to perform the cable external rotation: - 1️⃣ Adjust the cable to the same height as your elbow. Stand with your left side to the band a couple of feet away. - 2️⃣ Grasp the handle with your right hand, and keep your elbow pressed firmly to your side. We recommend you hold a pad or foam roll in place with your elbow to keep it firmly in position. - 3️⃣ With your upper arm in position, your elbow should be flexed to 90 degrees with your hand reaching across the front of your torso. This will be your starting position. - 4️⃣ Execute the movement by rotating your arm in a backhand motion, keeping your elbow in place. - 5️⃣ Continue as far as you are able, pause, and then return to the starting position. - 🔁 Repeat. - ⚾ Tag a friend who has a messed up rotator cuff. - -

Stick your chest out and lean yourself back slightly (around 30-degrees) in order to better engage the lats. This will be your starting position. - 3️⃣ Using your lats, pull the bar down as you squeeze your shoulder blades. Continue until your chest nearly touches the V-bar. Exhale as you execute this motion. Tip: Keep the torso stationary throughout the movement. - 4️⃣ After a second hold on the contracted position, slowly bring the bar back to the starting position as you breathe in. - 🔁 Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions. - ▶️ Caution: Avoid the temptation to use a weight so big that you need to start swinging your torso in order to perform the exercise. - ⚾ Tag a friend who has never seen this before. - -
