Iโ€™ve been healthy eating following the slimming world plan since late July and I started training with @bootcamp_uk in August. My weight has fluctuated between 13-14 stone on average and Iโ€™m currently 10 stone 9lb which is 9lb from target. Iโ€™d really like to hit target for Christmas and Iโ€™ll give it my best go! Iโ€™m married with two little girls. I understand how hard it is to fit in exercise with kids and running a home, but I donโ€™t find excuses anymore. If you put in 100% youโ€™ll get the results. After over one year off being a regular teenager, Nicki is back. Just spent today assessing her form on both lifts then finished the session with some back squats. Worked up to about 50kg on the full clean but kept the full snatch around 36kg. Turns 15 next month but the potential for lifting some serious weight is definitely there.
