The reps are quality, granted they have a trainer ensuring it, but still the reps are usually flawless. What exercises do they use? - SHOULDERS: overhead press, front raise, side raise, face pull, Arnold press, machine lat raise, etc. - UPPER CHEST: Incline Bench, incline DB, incline fly, cable cross over, decline push ups, etc. - LATS: Chin ups, pull down, straight arm pull down, DB row, seated row, t bar row, etc. - To reiterate, the whole point is to make their body look like it has that V-shaped by targeting the muscles that make their back and shoulders wider! - It’s not impossible and no they aren’t really being enhanced with technology. I see other people getting to where Ive always wanted to be in less than 5 years. Ive been working at it for 19, whats the difference? The truth is, there are certain events we have no control over that will inevitably effect the rate at which success comes. Some people are fortunate, they have all of the resources they need and an excellent support system. Others have neither, and thats my story. What does that mean for someone like me? *TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY* ✨ The pic on the right was taken one year ago. At the time I was struggling in so many ways. I was sad and angry. I felt lost and without purpose. And I put so much mental energy into focusing on the physical state of my body. I was NOT HAPPY with it, to put it lightly. And yes, I was working out 5 days/week! And seeing NO CHANGE!!! That was so discouraging. 😡 The pic on the left was taken two days ago. At the end of my second full round of my at-home lifting, HIIT and core workout program. I LOVE the way my body looks now, but I love the way my mind and soul feel MORE! I’m HAPPY! I know what my purpose is. I am working towards my dreams. Should You Train to Failure?⠀ -⠀ Here is what the science tells us...⠀ -⠀ The research indicates that training to failure all the time is not necessary to build muscle. You must work hard though and go relatively close to failure. It appears that your sets should not be more than 4 reps from failure. This is also known as reps in reserve (RIR) and that generally sticking in the 1-3(RIR) is the most productive place to be.⠀ -⠀ Don’t be fooled. This doesn’t indicate that building muscle is easy. We are talking about taking your sets a maximum of a few reps shy of complete failure. In case you aren’t sure, failure is when you couldn’t lift a weight even with a gun to your head. How many sets do push that hard? Not many, right?⠀ -⠀ So, I’m not giving you an excuse to be lazy. Your sets should be hard. 🔫 —— Couldn’t really find a review on these #nobullrunners, so here goes.👇🏻 1) Comfortable as hell. Even if you don’t wanna workout in it, just wear it out. Walking in it for a whole day is an absolute pleasure. 2) It’s a pair of runners, so you get quite abit of feedback and bounce when you run. Cushioning feels sufficient. Not too much, just hitting the right level. 3) It’s about the same weight as your nanos, so if you’re thinking if it’s super light, it’s not. But if you can run in your nanos, this is still 10 levels up in comfort. 4) For WODs, it’s pretty damn good. However not so much if heavy barbell work is on the menu. The cushioning affects stability for sure. Kettlebell swings, box jumps, double unders, the runners can pretty much handle it all. 5) Lastly, I prefer the runners over their trainers. For some reason, I move weird in their trainers, but these runners are 🔥🔥🔥 And oh, I hate to say this, but it’s also more comfortable than the Nike DSX Flyknits.🤷🏻‍♂️ . . . #mvrcksg #teammvrck #nobull #nobullproject
