It can maybe be easy to tough up to that kind of a diet for a few weeks but the question is would you be able to stick to it for rest of your life? The answer is always no. ๐Ÿ™€โ€จ-โ€จEven with flexible dieting, binge eating happens to almost everyone. However, there are many people that start to hate themselves because of that and restricting their diet even further which will only lead to even more overeating and nothing positive at all. After binging, they also do an excessive amount of cardio and literally starve themselves. I had a back issue early on in training and had to stop deadlifting for a full week. I was sick 2.5 weeks out, lost weight and missed 2 days of training and a heavy deadlift day. After I got red lighted for my squat, my coach helped me to focus on the rest of the meet and I managed to take a gold medal home in the 72kg M2 Division. I was doing flat for a couple blocks but feel it a lot more in my chest on the incline. I donโ€™t plan on subbing this movement for a while, need to eat up and get stronger on this one ๐Ÿ“ˆ . . I remember my first machine doing military pressing movements to develop my shoulders. It took them a while to get developed but it wasnt until I really start overhead pressing and using lateral dumbbells that development really took off from there. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € OK, so lets go over some tips for developing shoulders! โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € 1). Focus on Compound PUSH Movements: -Overhead Press is one of THE best exercises that you want to incorporate into your workout program. I recommend a strict overhead press with no leg involvement, thats more of a push press instead. Other compounds such as the bench press will also work the shoulders indirectly as it is also a PUSH exercise. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € 2). Progressive Overload: -You will hear this time and time again, but you need to track and progress in your lifts. Strength is a direct correlation to growth, so be mindful in getting stronger and getting stronger in the compounds. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € 3). High Protein: -Gotta feed the muscle, the muscle does not grow in the gym but only in rest and recovery and if you are not eating the correct macros nutrients, protein being one of the most important of the three, you will not carry the correct amino profile for optimal muscle growth. Also if you are in a caloric deficit, its going to make it that much harder to put on size. I choose to either cut or lean gain as I know that gainer sizing and cutting at the same time is near impossible at my level. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € 4).
