Questestate ho riscoperto un sacco di cose. È stata la mia prima estate da universitaria, molto diversa dalle altre. Studio intenso fino al 31 luglio, libertá assoluta dall1 agosto in poi. Sapete cosa ho scoperto? Di amare lo sport. Proprio io, che ero presa in giro dai miei genitori e chiamata lantisport per eccellenza. Io che ero scelta sempre per ultima o penultima quando giocavamo a basket o ad altri sport a scuola o in qualsiasi altro posto. Tutto è cominciato al Rimini Wellness. 3 giorni di puro divertimento e sport, questanno avevo deciso di passare meno tempo nella zona #bodybuilding 🏋🏼‍♀️ e cibo, e di provare più cose, più sport. E davvero, ho provato vari corsi di #calisthenics, di boxe 🥊 allo stand di @leone1947, ho provato yoga e crossfit, e tanto altro! E sono andata via con il cuore che mi piangeva, perché avrei voluto provare tanto altro! Ora che ricomincia un nuovo anno, sono davanti a un bivio. Laltro giorno sono andata a provare #pole dance e me ne sono innamorata, così come penso che mi innamoreró anche di cerchio aereo e tessuti aerei. Tutta lestate ho praticato #yoga e mi sono accorta che mi rilassa, mi carica e mi da un sacco di soddisfazioni. Fra poco farò anche delle lezioni di crossfit che so già di adorare. Quindi? Sono davanti a questo bivio, non so che fare. Non voglio mollare la palestra, i miei amati pesi, perché in due anni mi hanno dato tanto e mi hanno fatta appassionare. Ma voglio anche fare pole dance, che mi darebbe anche più femminilità. Non posso mollare yoga, perché sono diventata flessibile e mi fa stare bene con il mio corpo. E crossfit mischierebbe tante delle cose che mi piacciono e sarebbe perfetto. Boxe mi darebbe una scarica adrenalinica assurda, oltre ad insegnarmi a difendermi. Io amo lo sport, e sogno una vita in cui potrei riuscire a fare tutto, o almeno la metà di quello che desidero. First photo from my recent photoshoot at tollymore forest. I thought about not posting these as I was worried anyone that doesnt remotely know me might mistake me for a show off (as I have sometimes heard when I train in a different gym for the first time) however any person close to me politely told me to wise up lol. I am that quiet person in the corner that loves calisthenics and love to push myself and learn new things. I can be critical of myself sometimes but rather than put myself down these days I use that as a driving force to better myself and tell myself you are better than you were yesterday I only compare myself to myself as that is my benchmark. A week before these photos I would not have been able to do these. Through calisthenics I have met so many great people that are not just friends but they are like a family. I get such a buzz out if seeing people progress and achieve what they thought wasnt possible. Today was 🌞 +30C and my skin was nice and grippy so I decided to give them a go.
