>> ATLANTIC COD WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE << 1 serving 1 portion Atlantic Cod 6 tbsp Thickened cooking cream 1 hand White mushrooms 1/2 hand Brown mushrooms Salt and pepper 1 tsp Coconut flour Chopped Coriander 1 hand Cauliflower 1 hand Broccoli Steam a broccoli and a cauliflower. Mash it together and add tablespoon of butter in. I always have ready dried brown mushrooms which I use for mushroom sauce to taste it. Put 1/2 hand brown mushrooms into a mug and add hot water. Leave it for 5 - 10 min to get nice mushroom taste. Meantime fry white mushrooms in a pan until golden brown, add brown mushrooms and fry it together. Add a bit of water from the mug with brown mushrooms and thickened cooking cream, salt and pepper. Add a coconut flour to make sauce dense and cook it for a few minutes. In the end add a chopped coriander. Fry the atlantic cod with olive oil, add season to taste, classic salt and pepper. Serve it all togheter.
