Here is another good way to end your push day workout. The single arm shoulder press has become one of my favorite exercises. When you put your body out of balance, you engage stabilizer muscles as you do your reps. The key with this exercise is to choose a weight you can handle but at the same time it is difficult to get to 10 reps. Go till failure on one side then switch. Go until you reach 10 reps on each side. See! I do more than just deadlifts! LoL!! Power cleans 3x10 @ 100lbs..that was the last set...you can tell Im beat. Followed by 5x12 of lat pull downs...didnt get a good video of that.
