Een ontbijtje van maar 90 calorieën! Lowcarb focaccia broodje (cloudbread) met tomaat & edelgistvlokken als gezond alternatief voor kaas 🍅🧀 Cloudbread is gemaakt van ei, kwark, bakpoeder & kruiden. Mega simpel, maar super lekker. Er zitten hierdoor ook zo weinig calorieën in! Het vult wel, maar het is uiteraard niet voldoende voedend, hierdoor is er nog ruimte voor fruit of nog meer cloudbread met beleg. Je eiwitten heb je hier in ieder geval mee binnen! Recept 💛 (voor een aantal broodjes) Ingrediënten: - 2 eieren - 6 eetlepels magere kwark - bakpoeder - kruiden naar eigen smaak Bereiding cloud bread ✨ 1. Splits de eieren en bewaar deze beiden in een vetvrije kom 2. Klop het eiwit en bakpoeder bij elkaar stijf totdat er pieken ontstaan (dit kan met de hand een lastig karweitje zijn dus als je een mixer je een mixer hebt zou ik die zeker zijn werk laten doen!) 3. Klop het eigeel met de magere kwark en (Italiaanse) kruiden op💛 4. Voeg het eigeel mengsel heel langzaam bij het opgeklopte eiwit en roer dit er doorheen. 5. Maak op een bakplaat bolletjes van het beslag en doe het op 150 graden in de oven. Dit duurt ongeveer 15 minuten, haal ze eruit wanneer ze mooi bruin zijn en omhoog gekomen zijn!✨

I love the smell of possibility in the morning! Ik heb een nieuwe ochtendroutine op mijn vrije dagen. Na mijn dagelijkse dosis koffie en nog voor het ontbijt, lijn ik de pup aan en ga ik het bos in om zeker 30/45 minuten te wandelen. Dit herhaal ik in de middag nog eens. And I love it! . Afgelopen tijd ligt mijn focus erg op rust in mijn eigen hoofd te creëren. Soms zit ik zo vol van allerlei gedachten, waarvan maar een klein deel écht belangrijk is. Door te wandelen door het bos leeg ik de gedachten waarmee ik op sta. Vooral de negatieve. En ik bedenk dan waar ik me deze dag op ga concentreren en zo plan ik de dag. . Voeding staat even op een laag pitje helaas. Al weken lang is dat deel een grote chaos, vooral in dr avonden. Maar hey, je kunt niet alles tegelijk aanpakken. Soms moet je even je focus verleggen en later weer herpakken. Workout done A mixture of both jogging and walking..not very intense but the goal today was to get moving. Im currently experiencing repeat anxiety/fear attacks. I have an exam in about 4 days and the fact I fell seriously ill so close to an exam is messing me up emotionally and confidence wise. Today I could barely cover half the distance I usually do because my legs felt like lead,I could barely lift them. I dont know about you guys but my personal life affects my workout life. After working out,I sat down and cried a bit; 1) I know fear is what is keeping me back 2) I was so proud of myself for choosing discipline over motivation. For working out even though that was the last thing I wanted to do 3)crying always makes me feel better That being said,I know this is just a phase and I promised to keep it 100% real here;to show you my successes and failures. I’ll give you a tip- there is no before and after- it’s a giant big ride- so you’d better strap your belt on first and start taking responsibility for the things you think you want. I always wondered why I seemed to retain fat even though I was very busy swimming, riding, running and weight training! Firstly I didn’t understand properly about tracking my food because I hadn’t put my body through it yet, my macros, working out what worked for me and being super serious about my results. Today I know more because I have taken it upon myself to be present in every aspect of my life. Mind-muscle connection when lifting weights, self-care out of the gym. Not smashing every single session on the bike- even though that gave me a certain type of power I’ve found that 7-8 classes are my sweet spot to not tip me into extreme fatigue. If I’m overtired, I’m not going to be able to raise my kids, run the business @2000__watts, train for my goals and just live my best life! I will never be able to change my heart’s essence- I am an empath and I feel everything! But that doesn’t mean I can’t feel and then let go- not absorb it into my pores. 😎Cea mai importantă diferență dintre aceste două poze este atitudinea lui Adi. Cand a venit la noi a spus ca vrea sa slăbească. Pe langa asta, a devenit puternic, rezistent, iar postura si energia lui s-au îmbunătățit considerabil. De la baiatul care cu greu facea cateva serii de flotari cu sprijin pe genunchi, a devenit un exemplu pentru colegii lui. 🥇Adi este genul de om care intră primul in sală si pleacă ultimul. In fiecare zi vine cu 20-30 min mai devreme si lucreaza in liniște la slăbiciunile lui ( in prezent sariturile cu coarda ) până incepe clasa. 📽In 6 luni a reușit sa facă 4 flotari stricte in stând pe mâini (video), genuflexiune cu 100 de kg pe spate (video), peste 8 tractiuni stricte in pronatie legate si multe altele, pornind de la 0 la fiecare! 🍏Pe lângă multe alte beneficii pentru sanatate, greutatea lui corporală s-a redus de la 98.8 kg la 83.3 kg. 🦁Am ramas extrem de placut impresionat de cata sustinere am primit din partea antrenorului cat si de la cei care erau mai avansati decât mine. Am invatat pe propia piele ca nu exista nu pot, doar nu vreau sau imi este frica.
