Been so busy moving house this week...so this is my first proper workout in a week! I wanted something light so I thought Id review @kayla_itsines No Jumping Leg Workout that was on her instagram. Lets just say you had me at no jumping 😂 1. Calf Raises 2. Goblet Squats 3. Lateral Lunge 4. Alternating Lunge 5. Deadlift 15 reps x3 sets! Heres what I thought: overall it was a good workout, targeting all the major muscle groups and basic moves that are easy to follow along. Not too strenuous and is easy to do anywhere. Although, all the squatting and lunging did leave my knees a little sore during the workout. Not sure if this is just because Ive had 2 knee injuries but I think its too much pressure on my joints so I might have to adapt this to my workouts in future.
