Week 25, Day 1! Starting my week off strong today with a 30 minute #Tabata workout with weights. I performed each exercise for 20 seconds at full intensity, followed by 10 seconds of jogging in place, for 4 rounds each. It’s not even 6 a.m. and I’m done for the day and ready to go! If you’re short on time in the morning but have difficulty committing to a workout in the evening, try squeezing in a 5 minute HIIT before you start your day! Need a quick routine? When you are working towards a fitness goal, do you take progress photos? . When I started my fitness journey about a year and a half ago, I didn’t take pictures of myself or take measurements. I did NOT want those pictures and I really didn’t want to know what those measurements would be. . Well, I now regret that. I wish I had taken photos and measurements at the start of my journey. I didn’t until about a month or two after I started. . If you are working towards a fitness goal, take the photos! Take your measurements! You don’t have to share them with anyone else. But, you will want to see where you started. Trust me. ❤️

8 week Booty Transformation program.

Your workouts don’t have to be complicated to achieve results. Keep it simple! 🙌🏻 . . This is another workout from our Busy Fit Mums online program. It’s a “down the ladder” circuit. During the first round you complete 18 reps of each exercise, during the second round you will perform 16 reps of each exercise and with each round, you are going to decrease the number of exercises by two going down to 8. This workout should take about 30min, if you don’t have 30min just set the timer for 15 or 20 min or whatever time you have available and complete as many rounds as you can in that time. . . Exercises: ✔️Glute bridge (option: single leg extension at the top) ✔️RB squat with a pulse ✔️Bend over-row ✔️Dips ✔️Walking lunges . . Try it out and let me know how did you go! 💪 . . Busy Fit Mums is a 6 WEEK online program for busy mums with time efficient workouts (15-45min your choice) which can be done anywhere. Happy Sunday! It’s a perfect day for a little movement. Give these me a go. Everyone one of these exercises hit multiple muscle groups at once giving you the most bang for your buck as you work around playing kids. • Workout - 20 wide squat elbow to know. Fire up the lower body and tone that core! - 10 burpees. Total body will feel this one. If you break form during the push-up go down to your knees - 12 V-ups (modify by bending knees 90 degrees and opening your body out to a hallow hold and crunching back in) - 20 inner thigh leg lift while in side plank (each side). These are one of those sneaky exercises that looks easy then it is. Split your feet for better balance, keep your hip high not letting your rib cage collapse and lift your bottom leg up a few inches off the ground - 10 tick-ticks just for fun. - Repeat circuit 2 times - Finish with some stretching. I’m sure the family will love helping with that lol. . When we found out we were pregnant with our son, the timing was just unreal. We had prayed for this little miracle and it was a true testament that God’s hands were at work. We are so grateful that He has been so faithful and trusts us to be the parents of our little man. We have this verse hanging above his crib. We want to teach him from the beginning that the Lord is always with him. When I’m rocking him before a nap or bed time I love reading this verse to him.
