October 2017 (127 lbs) | Determined to get back to this ‼️ I started off at 192 lbs in April 2017 & by October I had hit the 120’s. My LW was 123 lbs in November during thanksgiving week. Then I did not weight myself until December at 126 lbs, & then January 2018 & I was at 136 lbs (then lost 4 leaving me at 132). Weighed myself again in March 2018 at 143 lbs. Then April 2018 at 148 until yesterday that I build the balls to lol. I feel like now it’s a little harder because I know how much work I have to put in and I know my weight loss will plateau & I keep thinking of all the frustrating things I went through. However, I am stronger than when I first started. I can lift 8lb weights throughout a cardio workout instead of 2lbs weights. I can still do some push-ups when before I couldn’t at all. I have a better form and technique when exercising that I didn’t know before which resulted in a bunch of small injuries. I know what works for me and what doesn’t. I know what I like and what I don’t. I know what foods I can get away with and which ones bloat me out. I also know how clothes should properly fit and not to just based on the size it says because clothing sizes lie. So I guess not everything is lost. Yes I can work up quite a sweat in the workouts , but I still miss my cardio so may have to add that in . I do not have the lg eating plan so doing my own thing food wise but have been a lil off track this week.

Dinner this evening was a little bit of everything thrown together. Leftover lentil stew from yesterday with some white rice. Yes, white rice. Sometimes I crave it so I eat it. I have stopped obssessing over forbidden foods and eat everything in moderation if I want. I feel like I have finally come to understand food and how it works with my body. Also, today was a busy day. When I came back home in the evening, I had no motivation to workout but I completed day 3 somehow. Now its past me and I am going to read a nice book and go to bed. But I wont be able to if every second I think Im not enough. The T stabalization is something I learned to do with @fitnessblender (no affiliation, just love them). At first it seemed it wasnt as impressive as burpees or as tyring as bicycle crunches. But I like it because you can feel your entire body working 100% to support this very akward position and you have to power though a mini session of internal motivation to avoid sinking. Sun’s out buns out!! Fun fact, sometimes I wear sunglasses when I workout in the daytime. Two guys playfully made a comment yesterday that I was definitely the coolest looking person in the gym, but although I look pretty bad ass in this clip, I don’t wear shades for appearances. ✨✨✨ I prefer dim lighting everywhere. I work in a spa setting, so the lights are always low. I prefer a small amount of window lighting over using electricity at home and when I sleep, I need the room to be pitch black. So it feels natural for me to wear shades while working out with my music on full blast. I’m in my zone! ✨✨✨ What are some must haves for your workout attire from head to toe?
