Stop being a regular body..

When meal prepping to mix a bit of what i like and also a bit of what i need to stay in shape. Reduce my calories intake. I usually enjoy my meal while watching waffle recipes. Cakes recipes and all the good stuff i cannot have and i just imagine thats what i am eating! Tighten Up | get sh!t done

Ive got sat down by managers many times for this particular client at my last job... Mainly because the ORIGINAL deal was to train the him and another family member together. He was given to @teejayfort to train and when Tyler left, he specifically gave me this client to help out even though management didnt want me training them 馃槖 So when he started making progress and management saw, all of a sudden Im asked to charge them more at my rate and for two people... No. That was NOT the original contract and there was no way they couldve afforded my rate as a tier 3 trainer. I told management over and over again, this hurts no one but my paycheck BUT its only 1 hour out of my 40 day work week to help this guy out so whats the big deal??? The big deal is that Im not good for business. You see, corporate gyms charge you as much as they can and give you as little as they can. The slower your progress, the longer youre a client and the longer you pay for training but they spin it off as they are trying to help you as a trainer get a fatter paycheck 馃 Listen, money comes when you HELP people. Its inevitable. Try to peddle people like a money mill and you dont even have to wonder how bad that particular gym is doing because its pretty damn bad 馃槀 1 hour, every week, for months Ive been nagging this guy to eat. Eat more food. Follow the plan! And every week our workouts never started with a warm up. It was me sitting on top of a desk next to the in-body scale with no words except a finger pointing at the scale. I never asked if he worked out that week, I focused more on where is he going in life, eating more, and his stress levels. Sometimes its not always about working out thatll get you the results that you want. Lower your stress, have a plan for your life so that things are positive eat day and you dont just wake up like it was an accident, give yourself purpose, and fuel your body instead of trying to starve it. It seems counterintuitive when over eating got you bigger but under eating can do the same. Its about a balance, a lifestyle 馃憣 Theres not much more rewarding than reading what he sent me 馃槉 Ty 馃挋 #transformationtuesday

335 4x4 Another day another pr鈽猴笍 first time attempting 335 and hitting it for 4x4. I know this weight isn鈥檛 all that impressive but I鈥檝e always been sucky at squats so this makes me really happy. Thanks @kshmr and @will_sparks for blessing my ears with 鈥榁oices鈥

Ever find yourself progressing on one of your lifts and then you suddenly decide to tone it down bc you鈥檙e ALMOST THERE?? I can鈥檛 tell you how many times I鈥檝e fallen into this mentality. THIS IS LITERALLY ME WITH EVERY LIFT. Forever late to the 4 plate squat club BUT this is something new that I鈥檓 trying where I make my goals public so I鈥檒l feel less inclined to slack. Encouraging y鈥檃ll to try something new and tell ONE person about a goal you鈥檙e trying to achieve!! I always find myself going back to square 1 bc I鈥檓 ungrateful of all the little things in life, for example: gradual improvements on my lifts. I鈥檓 going to be posting my thoughts on ig in hopes that it will help shape the way you guys think. FRIENDLY REMINDER: Take a second to message a couple of the important people in your life and tell them one thing you appreciate about them. The other day I messaged an old friend of mine expressing to him how much I genuinely appreciate his time and effort put into recording some of my workouts from previous years. It only hit me now bc my new camera man doesn鈥檛 take anything seriously and records doodoo clips of me 馃槀馃槀. I learned it the hard way this year that often times, you don鈥檛 realize what you鈥檝e got until you lose it.
