❤️WHY I LOVE TRAVELING✈️ If you’ve not been to Dubrovnik I’d describe the scenery as like being in an Indiana Jones movie, and in a good way, I’m talking ancient architecture, castles and ruins, you’re surrounded by history, no signs of snakes and booby trapped pathways here. There’s a quote from Indiana Jones that I was reminded of: “We seem to have reached the age where life stops giving us things and starts taking them away.” As doomy and gloomy as that sounds, the one thing life can never take away from you are your memories, and I love how long after you’ve left a place that its smell, sound, taste, its people and how they made you feel stays with you. If you’re someone that wants to travel and talks about it or thinks one day they will, I urge you to do the overtime, sacrifice immediate gratification and save up, and then to book it now and make it happen because we all know life waits for no one, soon enough another year will be over and 2019 here. You don’t always realise the value of travelling at the time, all we tend to see is how much money and annual leave it’s costing us, but believe me after the event when you look back the memories always fill your heart with warmth and it’s these memories that help me get through the tougher times. Thought maybe Id switch it up and take a selfie with clothes on😂😂😂. Like Ive always said, muscles, getting huge and being shredded, is not my main concern. Its all just a by product of constantly doing a shit ton of bodyweight exercises. And if it does come down to physique, I kinda like that lean and lanky look. Like Bruce Lee or Marvin Hagler in his prime. . Now with this high rep shit, I think I watched too much Dragon Ball Z. Theres a bunch of episodes where Goku and Vegeta would train in negative gravity and do shit tons of reps on 1 arm handstand push-ups and other crazy shit. Just fucking crazy mental reps on reps on reps. I think in one episode, Goku did 10,000, 1 arm handstand push-ups. I know, I know. Its a Fucking cartoon. But in my head, the shit is real🤷🏾‍♂️. I really think I can achieve doing that much reps. . Whatever the case maybe with my weird ass anime training fantasies, just keep constantly pushing the boundaries of yourself. Day after day, just do a little more than you do yesterday. Next thing you know, youre looking in the mirror and youre some ripped to shreds, beast of a human being. My lip 💋tattoo procedure with Louise at @fipmu.cosmetictattoo —- What an experience, I must say as soon as I walked through that door Louise greeted me & made me feel so comfortable. I was a little anxious to be honest 😫as I didn’t know what to expect with the procedure or the person performing the procedure but after 5min I was completely fine.😀 Louise explained everything so well so I knew what was coming😫🤣 The whole procedure took about 90min🤗 I’m not going to lie, it was painful in some parts but Louise keeps on applying a numbing cream which definitely helped with the pain. This is just the first treatment, I will have a second treatment 6 weeks post the first one. I’m undecided whether to go darker or not 🤔 But you can see that they are a little more pink and more even colour over my lips.
