Hitting the gym on the weekend is defo better 💪🏻🙌🏻 - Back into the fitness hard currently, since travelling and coming back I’ve found it very difficult to find the motivation. But it’s back now and we continue to do what it takes to achieve our goals. Kafa kao pre-workout ili zamena za NO? NO reaktori su uglavnom dobar stimulans za odlicno vezbanje ali su i bogati kvalitetnim aminokiselinama prvenstveno bcaa i glutaminom,zatim beta alaninom itd..isto tako imaju i minerala i vitamina kao i jos mnogo toga kvalitetnoga sto ih cini veoma kompleksnim suplementom. Svi ovi razlozi kao i jos mnogi drugi su i vise nego dovoljni da ove suplemente uvrstite u svoj asortiman.Naravno treba imati u vidu da ste zdravi jer NO reaktore smeju uzimati samo osobe koje nemaju prvenstveno vaskularnih problema.Ukoliko se prilikom njihove konzumacije oseti glavobolja,muti se vid,brzo lupanje srca odmah treba menjati suplement. Drugi suplement za koji imam samo reci hvale je cist kofein u tabletama. Koliko puta vam se do sada desilo da ste jako umorni? Da vam nije do treninga i da bi sve radili samo ne bi vezbali.Uzroci tome su razni, od stresa u skoli,fakultetu,poslu itd... Umor se najbolje resava kvalitetnim odmorom to jest snom.Ali nismo uvek bas u mogucnosti da odmaramo kako treba i koliko zelimo pa bas iz ovog razloga kofein nam moze pomoci.Opet napominjem da je odmor najbolje resenje, mnogo bolje nego uzimanje kofeina. Kofein ce svakako dati taj neki kick i razbudice vas uz plus dodatnu neku energiju na treningu.Ima osoba koje ne reaguju na kofein ali oni su u manjini.Kada se on uzme obicno je u tabletama od 200mg i savetujem da prepolovite tabletu.Bolje krenuti od manjih doza i videti kako na njega reagujete a vremenom ce te lako povecati ako za to bude bilo potrebe.Period za uzimanje je oko sat vremena pre treninga sa dosta vode. Ovo je malo reci eksplozija energije,fokusa i svega ostaloga.Ukoliko ste totalni pocetnik ne radite ovo.Ja samo pisem iz svog licnog iskustva a to nikako ne znaci da tako treba svi da rade.Ja sam krenuo postepeno sa prvo manjim dozama pa tek vremenom dosao do ove.Ko ima bilo kakvih zdravstvenih problema nikako ne bi smeo ovu kombinaciju raditi pa cak ni posebno uzimati ove suplemente.Glavobolje,mutni vid, otezano disanje su mozda samo neki od nus efekata
