You can eat it right away or you can let it soften up for a little while. Maple syrup is not raw. You can use raw agave if you want 100% raw. You can use other healthy oils besides what I used. Would you believe me if I told 2017 I didn’t know what I was doing? I listen to everyone’s advice and it left me confused. I had a goal to get to 195 which you see in this picture but I knew I did not have a foundation or a vision for where I wanted my body to be. Yea I look good in this pic but it took me gaining 50 pounds back to realize in order for me to achieve the look and overall well-being of my body I had to do it my way. I am so happy & so EXCITED & even more thankful for the new changes in our lives- even if they are all at once lol. Completely fresh start.
