Im actually surprised with all the training and meetings we had to sit through, that it took till 9:40pm, but Ill take it. 👌 Worked the legs out and went harder than I originally intended. This weather has been spot-on for running, and I plan to take advantage of it tomorrow, but I need to remember in between all the logged miles, that #strengthtraining will help me increase me speed and help me burn off those costume calories. 😍 Getting into the gym is still going to be key, even with perfect #Arizona evenings. #nevermissamonday
