Worked my butt off tonight, 5hrs at the gym. Did a Gravity class and lifted weights, then step out comfort zone and did a Core fusion class 🙃💪 ... A mixture of Pilates and yoga and holy Moly did i get killer workout. Freak man, you wouldnt think just using your body as resistance, and straching would be so Hard. Definitely see where I got to work harder and put my focus for awhile. Kick it into high gear and lose this belly once and for all WhOot WhOot 🎶🔥😜. Pumpkin spice balls 🎃🌻 so hard getting into the Halloween spirit when you live in Australia 😩 we don’t really celebrate and plus it’s not even autumn (fall) here, it’s spring. but that doesn’t mean I can’t make pumpkin flavoured foods like the rest of America 😅 these pumpkin spice balls are so yummy and so easy to make. ingredients below 👇🏼👇🏼 1/4 cup steamed, mashed pumpkin + 1 1/4 cups oats + 2 tbsp chia seeds + 2 tbsp rice malt syrup + some homemade pumpkin spice mix (can make this yourself by funding heaps of recipes online) ✨ just blend everything together and roll into balls. I put mine in the freezer for 2 hours to harden up. Hi guyssss don’t mind my potato sack of a shirt 🦋 I haven’t been very present on social media lately because I’ve been really struggling with my anxiety. I haven’t been able to go to my gym in 3 weeks because I get so uncomfortable and physically sick (even just getting in the car to drive there started making me sick). I would leave after 15-20 minutes every day and then worry that people would notice me leaving early every day because most of the people at my gym know me. 🤭 I started working out outside at parks for a few days and then gradually moved to my small neighborhood gym when I knew I could handle a few people there with me at a time. 😞 Well TODAY, I finally made myself go back to the big gym and I didn’t leave early, start crying, or focus on everyone else. I turned my music wayyyyy up, focused on breathing when I felt myself getting uncomfortable and just killed my workout. 🌻 The point of all of this was to show that sometimes taking a step back for yourself is important, but it is POSSIBLE to find ways to cope with anxiety or whatever it may be that you struggle with. Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie Bowl + Dark Chocolate Rawnola & Chocolate Drizzle Hardshell . No need to wait for Valentine’s Day to get chocolate covered strawberries. You can have the new, improved, and much healthier version with this indulgent smoothie bowl. Lol I feel like a sales commercial right now buttt... it’s seriously so yummy! This take on the age old strawberry and chocolate combo is just too good not to try! When the smoothie bowl is combined with the healthy chocolate hard shell, it is taken to a NEW level. Oh, and I can’t forget about the chocolate rawnola. If you don’t know what rawnola is, It is basically just granola that is raw. In my opinion, it is so much better because it is both healthy, and tasty with a chewy texture that totally gives me cookie dough vibes. I’m not upset with it. . INGREDIENTS 1.) For the Smoothie: * 1 frozen banana * 1 heaping cup strawberries, fresh or frozen * 1 Tablespoon cocoa * 3/4 cup milk or less * 1 teaspoon vanilla 2.) For the Rawnola * 1/4 cup oats * 2-3 teaspoons cocao powder * 3-6 dates 3.) For the Chocolate drizzle * 1 Tablespoon coconut oil, melted * 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder * 1 teaspoon maple syrup * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract . INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Create the Rawnola by adding all the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse light until chucks are formed. If nothing is clumping up, add more dates, or even a splash of water. You can also use your hands to create clumps. Set the mix aside. 2. Make a chocolate drizzle my stirring all the ingredients together until smooth. 3. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth. 4. assemble everything by pouring the smoothie in a bowl. Top with the rawnola and the chocolate drizzle. 🤤 Guilt free deliciousness Ingredients: 5 Medjool dates, pitted ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1 ½ cups ice (optional- a handful of frozen blueberries makes a nice addition also!) Directions: Put all of the ingredients: dates, coconut milk, vanilla, sea salt, lemon juice, and ice in a blender and BLEND! Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy! 😋

So as many of you guys know after being diagnosed with Pcos I decided to go back to the basics and live my life as healthy and holistically as I could. I am a brand new vegan and basically restarting my health and fitness journey because of this I decided that this is something I wanted to document. So many videos I see are after the fact and not in real time so I wanted to take you all along every step of the way. This will basically be a video diary of my day to day life with helpful tips and tricks along the way. I want to take you guys along on the journey with me as to how I stay healthy, positive, fit, how I deal with my Pcos and hormonal acne in the healthiest way possible. I was craving junk food tonight so I had my cheat meal and my rest day. I really fancied my own take on a fillet o fish but vegan style and instead of fries I went with mushy peas. . . I was in a nostalgic mood. A fish supper always reminds me of my grandparents. Whenever we went to visit we would always stop by the local chippy to get a fish n chip tea. I have to say these fish fillets were pretty tasty. I skipped the chips for a whole-wheat bun and a bowl of peas. Oh how times have changed. . . I am so grateful for what I am learning on my health and fitness journey. Making a lifestyle change with my nutrition is not always about eating healthy 100% of the time. That’s not possible. Raise a hand if you’re completely at a loss when it comes to what to eat, when, and how much in order to lose weight because of all of the conflicting advice out there🙋🏻‍♀️ ⠀ One person tells you to eat less than 50g of carbs per day, but another says carbs are totally fine. Meanwhile, all the popular fitspos are tracking their macros. Maybe you should just eat intuitively? But that won’t work - eating intuitively is what got you unhealthy in the first place. 🤦🏻‍♀️ ⠀ The truth? ⠀ There are about a 5,483,729 different combinations of things that could work in order to achieve weight loss 💯. There’s not ONE SET right way to go about it and anyone who tells you that you “have” to eat this or “have” to do this type of exercise is feeding you a crock of shit. ⠀ Different things work for different people depending on their lifestyle, age, personality, body composition, gender, interests, genetics, etc. ⠀ It’s cliche, but it’s true - you HAVE to find what works best for YOU. If you think there’s one set or magic way to go about it, you’re wrong 🙅🏻‍♀️ ⠀ It’s all a process of discovery and learning what will work best for you mentally and physically. And over time, it WILL change as you change, your goals change, and your body adapts. ⠀ The important thing is to find something that works for you and that you enjoy, then be flexible and open to change as needed. 😀

. Happy HUMP Day! . . “Hump Day” (Wednesday) is typically thought of as a mini-celebration that the weekend is near OR in the body building, body sculpting world, a celebration of booty🍑 gains! . . However, there’s another “hump” that I want to draw your attention to: the “habit hump.” . . Do you often run out of motivation when trying to build new habits like #meditation, #exercise, or quitting #sugar? Maybe you do alright for a week or two but then it gets challenging and your motivation wanes until eventually, you quit completely. This is “the hump” that we have to overcome with each new habit that we’re building. . . What’s the hump? It’s the point where working on the habit turns from a struggle to a more pleasant activity. Usually, that moment comes when we start seeing positive results from the habit. . . So how does one “hang in there” to see results of a new formed habit? . . I’m eager to have you share your tips below but here are a few to get us started: 1. Get a Mentor Seek out someone who has already experienced some of the results you are seeking and gain a realistic view of how long it usually takes to get to the “results point” for that particular habit. 2. Adjust your Strategy Sometimes simply trying to approach it from a different angle will reignite an invigoration to keep with it. 3. The scale only shows a 0.4lb weight loss. That is why the scale cant be your only metric to quantify your health progress. Look at digestion, flatulence odor, energy thought the day, mood, sleep quality etc. 🍠🥕🍜🍲🥘🍠🥕🍜🍲🥘🍠🥕 My nutrition has been 80/20 80% my pre-plan meals,  minimum processed foods, low GI carbs and on average 0.8g of protein per body weight.
