Nedir peki bunlar ? 1- Muz kabuğu : Potasyum değeri daha yüksek olduğundan olgun bir muzu alıyoruz, kabuğunu soyuyoruz ve diş fırçalama işlemini gerçekleştirdikten sonra muz kabuğu ile birkaç dakika dişlerimizi ovuyoruz. Daha sonra macunsuz temiz bir fırça ile muz kabuğu kalıntılarını dişlerimizden temizliyoruz. 2- Karbonat : Yüz için de çok kullanılan bu malzemeyi şimdi de dişlerimizde deniyoruz. Monday was such an unbelievably fun day for me! Instead of doing *any* of the work I needed to do (oops) I spent the day with my dad. We went grocery shopping where I introduced him to his new found love (aka Whole Foods.) We had lunch together (sushi, a Tritchonis classic.) We even went to @bluejayorchards to pick up some yummy treats which included apply crumb pie, harvest jam, strawberry rhubarb preserves, and a bounty of apples. I think my favourite part of the entire day was finding pumpkins with my dad. Though we didn’t go to a patch, it was exciting to search through the boxes of pumpkins to try and find the perfect, ugly pumpkins that we will carve over the weekend with the family. My mom later told me that my dad has not stopped talking about how much fun he had with me on Monday. Honestly, that’s what I really needed to hear. I love my family. So our bodies are amazing. The natural resources that are available to us to nourish & heal our bodies are amazing. . . I am still recovering from major surgery. I can’t drive. Mientras tanto tritura 1 huevo🥚+ 4 cdas tamaño té de avena + 2 cdas soperas de leche o bebida vegetal + 1 cdita de canela + 1 cdita de polvo para hornear (levadura de repostería). Retirar la manzana🍎 del micro, agregar a la mezcla anterior y volver a triturar. GF & VEGAN 🌱 pasta with fresh tomato sauce & salad with homemade croutons Fresh tomato pasta : 3 Roma tomatoes seeded (chopped) 2-3 cloves of garlic (minced) 2 TBSP olive oil 1/4 cup white cooking wine 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp coconut sugar Parsley Gf pasta @violifeamerica Vegan parm Sauté oil, garlic, and tomatoes then once fragrant, add seasoning and white cooking wine. Simmer for 15 minutes. Once pasta is cooked, add 1/4-1/2 cup pasta water and cooked pasta. Stir and serve. Top with parsley and vegan parm. Salad with homemade croutons : Bread Olive oil Salt Pepper Garlic powder Lettuce of choice @violifeamerica Vegan parm @primalkitchenfoods Vegan ranch (tastes more like caesar) Cut bread into cubes. Put onto baking sheet and drizzle oil and seasoning. Bake at 425 until lightly browned on both sides. Toss lettuce with dressing, add croutons, and top with vegan parm.
