💅🏻 THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED 💅🏻 Anyone that knows me, knows Ive always been a nail-biter 😬 I would bite my nails when I was nervous, I would bite my nails when I was bored, I would bite my nails when they were dry and I would bite my nails because I didnt like the fact that they were short (VICIOUS CIRCLE 🙈) I was ashamed and embarrassed about them. . . . BUT NOW!!! For the first time ever I have long nails 🙌🏼🎉 (that are my own) 🤗 . . . For my birthday/holiday I decided to treat myself to a fun manicure by the wonderful @somibeauty_ ❤ (swipe right to see her amazing work on my tiny nails and be sure to check out her gallery 💅🏻) I did my best to not bite them for 1 month before and now its been 2 weeks since I had them done. Last night they peeled off because of all the time Ive been spending in the sea 🧜🏻‍♀️ But I was so surprised at how long theyve grown 😄 I think all the VITAMIN D is helping ☀️ . . . This is a huge achievement for me and I couldnt be happier ❤ . . .

🍕 Veggie Bread Pizza ⏲ Under 15 mins I told myself to only make one, but let’s be real...I regretted that real fast. This super easy bread pizza is delicious & cheesy🧀. I cannot stop eating these! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1 slice of 100% wheat bread ▫️Pizza sauce ▫️Shredded mozzarella cheese ▫️Chopped tomato, onion, & green bell pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Lather the bread with lots of sauce (I like mine saucy🥫). Top with desired amount of mozzarella cheese (meaning LOTS). Sprinkle chopped veggies - tomatoes, onion, bell pepper. Add just a litttleee more cheese to seal it in. I used a toaster oven so bake at approximately 350 degrees for roughly 5-8 minutes. Then turn to broil for another 2-3 minutes (until top is brown). Season with lots of garlic powder, red crushed pepper, basil leaves & sesame seeds. {Recipe video tutorial in story highlights} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dig in! This super easy pizza will have you craving more 🙈

🍊Orange Protein Smoothie Bowl ⏲ Under 5 mins | Serves 1 Monday’s are tough but this vibrant orange smoothie bowl is fueling me after my workout 💪🏼 Ready to take on the rest of the week! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What’s in my bowl 👇🏼 ▫️1 medium frozen orange ▫️1/2 frozen mango ▫️1 carrot ▫️1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (@lovemysilk) ▫️1 tbsp chia seeds (@heb) ▫️1 scoop unflavored protein powder (@myproteinus) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Blend everything together and top with chia seeds, granola, coconut flakes & sliced strawberries. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hope you guys had a good day ❤️

🍯 Loaded Maple Brown Oatmeal ⏲ Under 5 mins | Serves 1 Happy Friday eve y’all! ❤️ I’m starting my morning off at work with some delicious loaded oatmeal. It’s so quick & easy to make here at work. Definitely will be keeping me full till snack time 😉 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What’s in my bowl 🥣👇🏼 ▫️1/2 cup quick oats (@heb) ▫️1 cup almond milk (@lovemysilk) ▫️1 tsp light brown sugar ▫️1/2 tbsp maple syrup ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Combine all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 1/2 mins - 2 mins. Top with sliced almonds, shredded coconut, strawberries, blueberries, & drizzle with almond butter! Yum 🤤

🥗 Southwestern Quinoa Salad ⏲ Under 30 mins | Serves 4 Enjoying my Tuesday evening with this delicious, protein filled salad! Being a vegetarian, I have to find foods that are healthy & filling for me & this salad has it all! 🤤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What’s in my bowl 👇🏼 ▫️15 oz Black beans ▫️1 cup Corn ▫️3 Roma tomatoes ▫️1 cup Quinoa ▫️2 cup Vegetable broth ▫️4 cloves Garlic ▫️1 Jalapeño ▫️1 Serrano Pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Finely chop garlic, jalapeño & serrano pepper & cook in avocado oil. Add black beans, corn, tomatoes, quinoa, vegetable broth. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper. Mix & cover pan. Let simmer for 15-20 mins (until quinoa is cooked).
