Necesitan: 🍩1/2 taza de harina de avena 🍩1/2 taza de trigo sarraceno (sino tienes puede ser mas de avena) 🍩1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear 🍩1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla 🍩1 cucharadita de canela en polvo 🍩1 cucharadita de nuez moscada 🍩1 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo 🍩1/2 taza de endulzante (usé @naturalist_endulzante ) 🍩2 huevos 🍩un chorrito de leche o agua 🍩chocolate 70% cacao (usé @cacao_soul ) 🍩semillas para decorar, coco rallado, o lo que tengas . Preparación: Precalienta el horno a 180°. Рассматривая систему питания как функциональную мы можем предотвратить многие заболевания до того как они возникли. Одно из ключевых различий между традиционной и альтернативной медициной, то что альтернативная медицина является профилактической, тогда как обычная рассматривает симптомы после того как болезнь вошла в организм. 🔥🔥 Garlic butter shrimp and zucchini noodles cooked in one pan in under 15 minutes. This flavor-packed dish is healthy, keto and low-carb and makes a delicious protein packed meal in minutes 🍝🍤 By @gimmedelicious . Ingredients 3-4 medium zucchini 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons butter 3-4 garlic cloves minced or crushed 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano optional 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes adjust to taste Salt and pepper to taste Freshly grated parmesan or chopped parsley to garnish, optional Instructions Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini. Make the zucchini noodles using a spiralizer and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to the hot pan, season with salt and pepper cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, and crushed pepper to the pan. Cook for another minute per side or until shrimp is light pink and garlic is golden brown. Transfer to a bowl. Add the Butter and zucchini noodles to the same pan, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes or until tender. Return the cooked shrimp to the pan and stir through. I created the recipe following a chocolate chip cookie recipe and just subbed gluten free flour and flax eggs. I also used almond extract rather than vanilla.
