Voilà une de mes recettes préférées en été. Il sagit de spaghetti de courgette au pesto, tomates rôties, feta et croûtons. Linspiration me vient de @christelleisflabbergasting avec quelques revisites... . Voici ma version pour 2 ! . 350 g de tomates cerises 2 tranches de pain 2 courgettes Ail en poudre Huile d’olive 1 c. à s. de pesto de basilic 80 g de feta émiettée Sel et poivre du moulin . Préchauffez votre four à 200ºC. Sur une plaque de four recouverte de papier cuisson, disposez les tomates cerises coupées en 2. Arrosez dun filet d’huile d’olive et saupoudrez dail. Salez, poivrez et mélangez délicatement. Faites rôtir au four pendant 20 à 25 min, en mélangeant à mi-cuisson. Sur une 2ème plaque de four recouverte de papier cuisson, disposez des cubes de pain. Arrosez dun filet d’huile d’olive et faite cuire au four pendant 10 min en retournant les croûtons à mi-cuisson. Réalisez des spaghetti de courgette avec un spiraliseur. Dans une poêle antiadhésive, faites chauffer de l’huile d’olive. Ajoutez les spaghetti de courgettes, mélangez rapidement pour les enrober d’huile et éteingnez le feu. La chaleur de la poêle continuera à cuire les spaghetti sans trop les ramollir, elles doivent rester croquantes. Ajoutez le pesto et mélangez. Disposez les spaghetti dans 2 assiettes, recouvrez des tomates rôties, des croûtons et des morceaux de feta. I get asked a lot what my views are on snacking 😋🤔. Is it a good idea or should we avoid it? In my experience as a Nutritionist some people work well with balanced snacks between meal times, some avoid snacking totally to manage their weight and some of the fittest athletes I work with graze all day long! The truth is we are all unique and each and every person has to find the key to their own nutritional needs. This depends on how much and how hard you train, your metabolic rate, your lifestyle, your habits, so many factors come into play....but here’s the secret to finding out where you fit in.... listen to your body! Understanding hunger and differentiating that between boredom, thirst and your emotions is the first step. If after a nutritious good sized breakfast you need a snack before lunch then go for it. Keep it healthy and light and don’t make definite rules. One day you may need it, the next you sail through the day without thinking about snacks. Me? Every day is different but if my body calls for a snack I definitely comply! Today i was hungry by 11am so I opted for a large snack of ryvita with a boiled egg, smoked salmon and some strawberries🍓🥚. Vous trouverez que peu d’info sur cet asana si vous chercher sur Google💻. • Une jambe pliée vers l’avant , amenez progressivement l’autre jambe tendue vers l’arrière. Placez les deux mains vers votre pied avant, doigts écartés. La posture se fait sur le bout des doigts (Photo 2/3) où les bras tendus vers l’arrière au-dessus de la tête (Photo 1/4). Posez le genou arrière sur le sol pour vous stabiliser. Ouvrez les épaules et levez le menton vers le haut pour un bon espacement entre le torse et le menton👊🏻. • Bienfaits de la posture; vous étirez les quadriceps, assouplit vos chevilles et votre colonne vertébrale.
