Ernährst du dich fast jeden Tag von McDonalds und Burger King ist das definitiv der falsche Weg. Denn wenn wir unsere Körperkomposition verbessern wollen, bedarf es kontinuierlichem Training und der Einhaltung gewisser Ernährungsgrundlagen. Hast du das einmal verinnerlicht, kannst du alles essen!🤓🥳 Absolute Priorität hat das Training, da du einerseits während des Workouts Kalorien verbrennst und durch den Aufbau von Muskulatur deinen Grundumsatz steigerst💪🔥Dabei solltest du dich fragen wie oft du die Woche ins Gym gehen kannst. Mir hilft es, sich feste Tage zu setzen, um wirklich kontinuierlich am Ball zu bleiben⛹️‍♂️ Die Ernährung macht auch einen sehr großen Teil deines Erfolgs aus. Dennoch solltest du dabei nicht zu strikt sein. Was bringt es die Ernährung perfektioniert zu haben, aber dann nach 2 Wochen kein Bock mehr zu haben, weil es einfach zu einseitig war. Perfekt ist für dich, was Du einfach und über einen langen Zeitraum durchziehen kannst. Versuch ca. 60-80% deiner Kalorien über möglichst unverarbeitete Lebensmittel zu decken. Achte hierbei darauf möglichst viel Protein zu dir zu nehmen und mit dem Fett nicht zu übertreiben. Wenn du dann noch 1200 Kalorien für ein Ben&Jerrys offen hast, dann gönns dir🧁🤗 Bei diesem Foto habe ich mir eine etwas cleanere Variante genehmigt, da ich an diesem Tag noch nicht genügend Mikronährstoffe zu mir genommen habe. Eine #Bowl mit #dönerfleisch , war da die perfekte Mischung! 🥗🥙 Beschränk deine Denkweise nicht nur auf einzelne Lebensmittel, sondern sieh das Ganze im Gesamtkontext. Buenos días ☀️ . Hoy les traigo un post así tipo charlemos como me gusta hacer las cosas 😂♥️💪🏻 . No soy de ir mucho a restaurantes, no me afana, me encanta comer en casa 🏠 soy demasiado enamorada de la comida que me preparan en casa y de la que yo preparo, porque esa tiene más amor que la de cualquier restaurante del mundo 🌍 . Peeero bueno, a veces salimos, entonces uno está así muy juicioso con las comidas , pero también muy consiente de que la vida es un balance y me siento súper afortunada por saber llevar ese equilibrio y no irme a los extremos a los que un día fui ♥️💥🔥☀️ . Que me gusta a mi? Disfrutar de la comida de manera más consiente , entonces siempre procuro pedir un plato que me aporte full proteína, para mi es básico manejarme así, porque a parte la proteína me llena muchísimo 🔜 . Entonces pedí un churrasco asado , y este traía ( queso fundido , huevo y aguacate 🥑 los que me conocen saben que el aguacate no me lo comí, y el huevo tampoco, preferí solo la grasa del queso 🧀) y me comí 1/2 porción de papas 🥔 que claramente no son con aceite de oliva ni en el Air Fryer 😂🤣, pero estaban riquísimas ♥️♥️ y una ensalada de lechuga y tomate 🍅 . Aaaah y antes del almuerzo una entrada de tabla de quesos 🧀, nunca le digo que no al queso 🧀 me ENCANTA ♥️💥💪🏻 . No pude con toda la carne 🥩 pero si con una muy buena porción, y claramente es un almuerzo 🥗 más alto en calorías y cantidades de lo usual. Quede demasiado satisfecha así que anoche solo consumí un batido de vegetales y 2 cuadros de chocolate oscuro 🍫🍫 . Porque no quiero caer en excesos, porque mi cuerpo estaba lleno ya, asi que para que darle más? Porque llevarme a ese extremo que porque es un sábado ✋🏻✋🏻 . Disfrute , comi delicioso, de manera consiente y escogiendo la mayor parte del tiempo los mejores ingredientes ♥️♥️♥️ . Are you a slow or quick eater? 🤗 Whats in my bowl: spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino (you know - my favorite 🌶😍), grilled chicken breast in tomato basil seasoning, cherry tomatoes, roasted asparagus, avocado and arugula salad 🥑🍅🍗😍 It was so delicious. The full meal was 482 kcal with 35P, 38C and 21F. As you probably noticed, I love fats and I don’t limit them in my meals. Dno foremki (18 cm) wykładamy papierem do pieczenia, wykładamy spód, zostawiamy do ostygnięcia. TEFF PORRIDGE is a powerhouse of goodness. High in fiber, protein, manganese, iron, and calcium. A bowl of Teff Porridge is a healthy and delicious meal and it gluten-free and vegan. To make TEFF PORRIDGE, two servings: 1½ cups of water 1½ cups of unsweetened almond milk 1 cup of teff 1 tablespoon of coconut oil Toppings we used: ¼ cup of mango, chopped ¼ cup of wild blueberries ½ avocado, diced 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds 1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut a drizzle of agave nectar Place water and almond milk in a medium-sized pot and bring to a boil. Add teff and coconut. Stir then cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook teff for 20 minutes, stirring the porridge every 5 minutes. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with toppings. Sunday special lunch!! مساء الخير جميعا ♡ اتمنى لكم بداية اسبوع جميله 🌿 وصفة اليوم شتويه بحته و هي شوربة نودلز بالكريمه 😋 على طريقة @achicthing .. الكميه لشخصين /طبختين اول شي نتبل صدر دجاج مقصص حجم صغير ب (ليمون و كاري و كزبرة و ملح وفلفل أسود و بهار ليمون)و نخليه ساعتين قبل الطبخ (او تخلونه بدون تتبيله و ياخذ بهارات الشوربه) بعدها بقدر نسلق نص كوب مكرونه و بقدر ضد الالتصاق نحمس بصل و بعدها نضيف جزر مقصص صغير و فلفل رومي لوحابين و نخليهم يطبخون ٥ دقايق بعدها نضيف ثوم او البودرة حقته و ورق غار ونضيف الدجاج و نخليه ٥ دقايق و بعدها نضيف كوب / ونص ماء لحد مايغطي اللي بالقدر ونضيف البهارات(كاري ، كزبرة مطحونة، نعناع جاف، بهار ليمون، فلفل أسود، زنجبيل )و نضيف المكرونه و نغطي عليها ١٠ دقايق تطبخ ، على جنب نخلط نص كوب مويه مع ربع كوب كريمه لايت و ملعقتين شوفان و نضيفهم الدجاج بعد ما طبخ.. نخليه كم دقيقه يطبخ و هنا تشيكون على الملح و عالشوربه لو ثقيله او خفيفه و ضبطوها و عليكم بالعافية 🤗🌿🌿 #وصفات_دجاج_رين #مكرونة_رين #شوربة_رين
