Den č. 6 Svoje duševní zdraví jsem si stanovila jako prioritu č. 1 😊 Protože na tom to všechno stojí. Dřív jsem měla nad jídlem perfektní kontrolu, cvičila naplno a dosahovala svých cílů. Teď se plácám v nekonečném kruhu přejídání a držení režimu. Jsem nešťastná, že nemůžu na orbitrack a cvičit kardio co mě baví. Místo toho abych zhubla to jedno debilní kilo jsem se na truc prejidala dál protože jsem nemohla cvicit a neměla žádnou motivaci. Přibrala jsem ještě vic, ale co.. váhu vyhazuju z okna 😂 Budu používat už jen váhy ve fitku a tu kuchyňskou 😁 Navzdory tomu, že přibíram jsem si navýšila příjem. Takhle se dobře najim a můžu si dát i řádku čokolády. Co na tom jestli mám 7000 nebo 8000kj? Hlavní je si jidlo užívat, nevyčítat a taky to nepřehánět. Přejídala jsem se kvůli tomu,že jsem se špatně starala o své tělo a svou psychiku. Bylo to buď vše nebo nic. Už to bude tyden co se neprejídám, zase cvicim o něco víc, ikdyz to pořád není ono. Člověk se cítí hned lépe když ráno vstane, má přirozený hlad, dá si dobrou snídani.. než když je pořád přežraný z předchozího dne a má výčitky . cvičím co se dá, snažím se své tělo posílit, posunout se dál, neřešit jen váhu a tuk co jsem přibrala. Nebudu si dal psychicky ublizovat, chci byt psychicky silná a nenechat se porážet PPP. Neříkat si pořád co na nás neni dokonalý, ale být rádi za to co máme, co naše tělo dokáže! People understand why they get fat, but understanding reversal one’s body composition continues to be problematic. As does our understanding and awareness of the nutritional properties of the food and drinks we consume. - - Google, social media, friends and family all suggest means to achieve fat loss. The unanimous message from such information is that one has to consume less food. And with this in mind, many attempt to reduce episodes of eating and/or food volume. - - The problem with the above method is as follows: alteration of body composition is not subjective. Instead, it answers objectively to the numeric balance of energy. Therefore unmeasured reduction of meals or quantity of food in meals/snacks/drinks becomes redundant to the outcome unless the actual energy within meals/snacks/drinks consumed is accounted for. As the above example shows, reducing episodes of eating does not guarantee a calorie deficit. Here, an individual is hoping that their perception of ‘eating less’ will support the goal. The reality is that unless the individual is not factually aware of their nutritional consumption. The goal may or may not be supported. - - Alternatively, accurate calculation of an individual’s compositional statistics, TDEE and lifestyle can factually determine the value of energy required to enter a state of caloric deficit. Once this is attained, an individual can track calorie consumption to enable adherence to said calorie target. Awareness is enhanced, knowledge is gained and perception is replaced by certain science. - - Despite what you hear, reliable meta analysis of information shapes the world we live in - including our physical ability to change. The simplicity of accurately tracking (and adhering) to a functional caloric deficit is your fat loss science. Make use of it. 🙂

Witajcie! Dziś post humoraytyczno przemyśleniowy 🤔😁 - Myśle, że wiele osób (w tym również ja) zna sytuację załączoną na obrazku 😊. Postanowiamy sobie coś i potem odkładamy w nieskończoność. Bo kiedyś będzie lepszy czas Bo kiedyś będę miał/a na to więcej czasu/energi/pieniędzy - Czy zastanawiałaś/eś się kiedyś co znaczy to, że np. zrobię to jak będę miał czas? Jak będzie wyglądać sytuacja kiedy masz czas? Czy możesz przewidzieć, że będzie w życiu taki moment kiedy będziesz mieć czas? Co będzie wyjątkowego w piątek za miesiąc, skoro to odpowiedni moment? - Życie jest nieprzewidywalne. Zawsze znajdzie się coś, co będzie nam przeszkadzać w osiągnięciu celu.Szczególnie jeśli chodzi o zmianę nawyków żywieniowych. - Spożywanie posiłku. Robimy to codziennie, często uczestniczą w tym inne osoby, związane są z nim pewne obrzędy, okazje. Jeśli chcemy to bez problemu znajdziemy sobie wymówkę - ciocia ma urodziny, zbliżają się święta, mam małe dziecko, mam większe dziecko i muszę się nimi opiekować, mam biznesowy lunch itp. - Z podjęciem działania - przejściem na dietę - i odpowiednim czasem, związane jest też to błędne przekonanie, że aby zacząć, trzeba wywrócic swoje życie do góry nogami. - Jak już wiecie z poprzednich postów (a jak nie wiecie, to zachęcam do przeczytania 😁) ważne są małe kroczki. Żeby powstrzymać się od zjedzenia kolejnego pączka, nie potrzeba wolnego dnia, nakładu energii i miliona monet. Wystarczy powiedzieć sobie w tej chwili - nie pójdę do kuchni po pączka. I po prostu to zrobić. Nie iść do kuchni po pączka a np. przeczytać jeszcze raz mój post :P - Podsumowując: jeśli chcesz coś zmienić i masz na to pomysł - zrób TU i TERAZ, jeden mały kroczek. Nie odkładaj na później.
