I set the incline to 30 and changed the speed to what I was comfortable with for the move👊🏻I tried to do each move for a full minute but holy it handed me my butt chops so do your best🔥 . . 🔥Full body crawl/switch your foot placement...close, wide, crisscross 🔥 take your hands away, same moves get comfortable with keeping your body low and tucked...everything was on fire 🔥 Popping push ups...start normal then add a little pop 👊🏻just trying to up my game like @michaelcvazquez he is the man 🔥 Sprint..I switched from normal to wide and it was brutal 🔥 Popping pushups...Wide fingers out 🔥 Slow Power sprinters, these are even harder horizontal 🤯 🔥 Crawl pops...I about landed on my face 🔥 One leg hops 😑 🔥 In and out frog hops 🔥 Final sprints...I did it until my legs wouldn’t go anymore . . 🔥 PREPARATION🔥 I usually go straight home after work and then feel bad that I don’t hit the gym. This morning before I left to work, I packed my gym clothes and my BCAA’s in my bag. As I was about to get off I changed over and went straight to the gym. Even got my 15 minutes of shuffle practice In. ☺️👟 • • One workout can change your day - but a bunch of em - can change your life. My trainer said this as I was DYING towards the end. I am SO stinking grateful that I get the honor to be a part of this fitness community. It makes it that much easier to stick to my goals and push forward every day when there’s a team counting on me. The old me would have skipped today’s workout... The smarter more disciplined me now, knows better. • • Shoutout to all the coaches giving me life in our current group! Butt - Legs - Arms - Core ... this Tabata Workout is def a FAT 🔥Burner! . 🔥 6 moves = 8 sets each starting with 20 seconds intense work and 10 seconds rest recovery. 🔥 After completing 8 sets, move on to the next move. 🔥 This was a re-enactment of a true story live class that just happened minutes before. 🤔😆 . The scenes have been modified from the true story replacing the group exercise room with a stairwell, the weighted body bars with a PVC pipe, and a step bench has been removed from the scene. . ✨🌟✨🤪 Each move should take you 4 minutes making this at least a 24 min workout sans warm up and cool down. . 🔥 First HIIT / Weight Class Back since breaking 2 fingers 2 months ago and having pin removal surgery on the bandaged hand just 2 days ago. 🤩🤷🏼‍♀️ .
