Build desired momentum with the basic pattern, once you are in a good flow, add a plyometric pushup by using the stabilizing arm to generate the force required to switch/roll through the air into a pushup. The way you start your day makes a ton of difference on how the day progresses. There are some things that you can do in the morning to increase your productivity: 1. With everything being so accessible on your phone, it is easier to reply to work mails as soon as you wake up. This leads to panic so try to start your day without looking at your phone. 2. Make your bed, take a bath or just dress up nicely. Add some wins to your beginning. 3. Do something that relaxes you before going to work. I usually sit & have a nice cup of coffee while watching something pleasant.

I had requests for more seasonal workouts 😂🤓! I made this one special for the requester because she is an upstate New York gal who now lives in Cali. She will be headed home to the snowy ⛄️climate for the holidays, so I thought Frosty would be an appropriate workout before her travels. ⛄️ As a side note.. I am so impressed by all of you that are running in freezing or below freezing weather🥶. #toughcookies ⛄️ Specifics: 🥶Blue star = do the workout. Start at the 🎩 and move down🥶 SLDL W KB=single leg dead lift w kettle bell. Kick opposite leg straight back. Hold KB in opposite hand as leg on ground. Lower KB to ground keeping leg mostly straight and back flat ⛄️ Ball Bridge curls-laying on back with feet on ball, dig in heels, lift hips up, roll ball toward you and away ⛄️ Squats to box with kettlebell overhead press-hold KB at shoulder palms facing out. Squat to box or bench tap and stand. As you stand press weight overhead. Dumbbells ok to use too ⛄️ Side plank with top leg lift- on elbow, you can use top hand as another small balance point ⛄️ Calf raises weighted- you can use a machine or bar on shoulder, or hold dumbbells. It should be enough weight to be very difficult the last two reps. I think I felt a lot like many when starting a fitness journey. I didnt want to take before pics of myself because I was not too thrilled about where I started. So, I didnt take pics right away; in fact, I didnt take pics until someone made a comment that caused me to think they had noticed my 8lb (at the time) weight loss. It was 4 1/2 weeks into my journey, and it made me feel like I was really making progress, so I decided to take my first pictures. Im 12 weeks into my journey now and down 14lbs. The measurement with the most noticeable change, however, has been my waist (down 4 1/4 inches). That seemed like a lot, and I wondered if I was just measuring wrong, or if I had measured wrong at the start, because every time I looked in the mirror, I couldnt notice a change. So, I took new pictures tonight. And then I pulled them up side-by-side with the old ones. Im not going to post them because Im not really comfortable with that, but I now have experience with why its important to take photos. Because there was definitely a noticeable difference. Its so difficult to see changes when they happen so gradually. But being able to compare my 4 1/2-week photos to my 12-week photos made the changes seem so much more drastic. I have still been working out and giving it my all, but seeing those changes really helped to rekindle my fitness flame.

I used to smash these out during her 20 min cat naps, now I have a mad woman running around and joining in on the action 🙈 #justgowithit 🤷 . . So grab a baby or a decent sized animal and give this a whack: . . Group A (3 x through) 30 secs work/10secs rest for each exercise . 1. Donkey kicks 2. Elbow to knee with squat jump 3. Commando plank jacks 4. Get-ups with tuck 5. Push-ups x 2 with alternating side rotation . . 1 minute rest after 3 reps of Group A . . Group B (3 X through) 30 secs work/10secs rest for each exercise . 6. Squat to kneel 7. Squat thrusters 8. High knees x 10 with squat jump x 2 9. Breakdancers 10. Lunge jumps . TOTAL = 21mins. . . Went a bootcamp taster session last night and I absolutely LOVED IT!
