Fitness for me means how energetic and happy I feel from within, not just from the outer physical self.  Having shapely muscles is great, but the uplifting feeling from inside coupled with good physical condition completes the definition of fitness. 🧘🏻‍♂️ ➖ 2) Why do you train? I train because I want to share the feel good factor which I have experienced through Yoga, to as many people as possible! ❓ ➖ 3) What does your daily nutrition look like? I believe in eating right and eating limited food. I am a vegetarian. I make sure to keep my diet balanced - lot of veggies, dry fruits, pulses, and some carbohydrates. I also make sure to consume the right amount of raw vegetables mostly in the form of raw juices, which is essential for micronutrients and to detoxify my system. 🥗 ➖ 4) How important is recovery to you? Along with my Yoga routine and good nutrition, sleeping well for 7-8 hours is imperative to maintain good health.  Thanks to Yoga, I get sound sleep every night. Making right choices in our lives makes life stress free, to be precise - free from negative stresses. Taking on healthy stress is on the other hand esstential for progress in life. 🛌 ➖ 5) Whats one daily ritual you do that you feel makes you healthy? Always stick with good form. - Never try to lift heavy weights compromising your form. - Bad form will lead to poor target muscle stimulation. - Using strict form is the best way to apply growth stimulating tension in a target muscle through its range of motion. - Work through your sets with deliberate, good form, smoothly and confidently.

It feels really great to be back to the gym after over a month. I know, Ive lost musculature and endurance and gained a bit of body fat. . So this is a very simple recipe if you have whey protein at home and obviously you will like to have something solid then having it in liquid form ! I have made around 3 servings but i will tell you ingredients according to a single serving ! As mentioned before I have tweaked my leg workout recently and added a few variations. My focus has been legs all along but right now it’s specifically my quadriceps. Narrow squats/close squats - 3sets (15-17 reps) I definitely feel them working more on my quads than the usual squats. I usually would go lower but it was leg day earlier and I was way to sore 😆. I am currently doing a superset with kettle bell swings and these. These are not much different than the usual squats except they mainly focus on quads. Today was leg day and boy am I feeling it 😣 #legdayworkout

As I must have mentioned before💁, I like mixing forms. I love 💓 transitioning. To do this, start with a side plank. Body balanced 🤸 on one elbow and one foot 👣 with the other foot resting on it (have missed capturing the start in the video 🎥). Slowly turn your body to low plank - shoulders and elbows 💪 in alignment and body in a straight line and feet joined on the floor 🕳️. Then push yourself 👐 from low to high plank. While doing this, try not❌touching your knee⬇️down. And a dash of cardio with jumping🕴️forward and up. Then down again to a high plank, then low plank and then turn to a side plank. One of the most important technique during this move is to push my lower back down to the floor. The reason you see my legs shaking is because my core is working in order to keep everything stable and keep my foot and hands from touching the floor.
