Entschuldigung, aber hat jemand von euch Raketen 🚀 meine Motivation gefunden? 🔹 Konnte mich heute nicht überwinden ein krassen Training durchzuziehen. Daher nur stumpf Pumpen mit durchschnittlich unter 100er Puls. 🙈 Naja, so ein bissl Krafttraining wie ich es jahrelang gemacht hab mach ja auch mal Spaß. 🔹 Bei Crossfit komme ich locker mal auf einen Puls von 190+ Heute lag ich bei 139 max. 😂 🔹 Wenn ich ehrlich bin achte ich aber kaum auf den Puls. Das Training muss sich gut anfühlen, Ende. 🔹 Aber wenn wir schon beim Thema sind. Achtet da jemand von euch drauf? 🔹 Übrigens liegt der durchschnittliche Ruhepuls bei 60-80 Schlägen die Minute. Meiner liegt zwischen 40-45 Schlägen. Herz scheint also doch gut trainiert zu sein. 🔹 Wünsche euch einen Mega Abend. Auf das die Muskeln wachsen und das Fett schmilzt 😜

LONG POST ALERT 🚨 ———————————————————- Slight #transformation from Sep. 24 - Nov. 21. Couple things to keep in mind; 1. I hate doing transformations in different places cause lighting can be very deceiving but due to my current circumstances I didn’t have much of a choice 2. The lighting in the second picture is Gucci ass locker room lighting so yes I look better there than almost anywhere else, and it was post workout. Just being honest 😂 BUT YES BOTH ARE FLEXED SO DONT GET IT TWISTED ———————————————————— So after 8 weeks of tracking and maintaining a solid caloric deficit I went from ~ 235ish down to ~ 222ish. Over the next couple weeks I’m going to transition over to more of an intuitive eating approach. That’s not an excuse to eat like dog shit, I just think its more practical with the holidays coming up. And while i do like to think of myself as an athlete and may do things differently sometimes, I would say my overall approach to fitness is more lifestyle/practical, and I’m not gonna be sitting there with a food scale while I eat Thanksgiving dinner with my family lmao. This cut just simply isn’t that serious, obviously would be different if it was a show prep. So my goal over the next couple weeks is simply to stay within 3 lbs +/- where I’m currently at. That seems reasonable and will help me remember to not over indulge during holiday festivities, and will help me to not under eat which I’ve also done in the past and can also be detrimental to progress.
