Ya se porque sudo tanto cuando hago ejercicio al aire libre, y es que aparte del calor, yo me pongo estas “franelas”. No lo hago a propósito, eso de ponerte mucha ropa o hacer ejercicio con chaqueta para sudar más y por ende, “rebajar” más rápido, es un mito. Cuando sudamos liberamos toxinas, botamos agua del cuerpo, que luego recuperamos al hidratarnos.
