I decided to start at week 7 of BBG 1.0 after PWR 1.0. It’s already a great Monday START

Loving this breakfast combo! It’s quick, easy and you can actually take it with you to work in a plastic bag or Tupperware (major 👍🏻). This combo may sound strange, but it works really well together; @ggfiber crackers topped with @cedarsfoods hummus, an egg waffle (you can do scrambled or hard boiled eggs as well), @newmansownfdn mild salsa and @traderjoes Chile Lime seasoning. Happpy Monday! Technically not Whole30 compliant since it’s recreating a pancake, but all the ingredients were compliant! Recipe for 6 pancakes blueberry pancakes: 1/2 cup almond flour 1/8 cup coconut or almond milk 1/4 cup water 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon baking soda Spices (nutmeg, cinnamon) 1/2 cup blueberries or strawberries or leave out if you want plain! Topped with some plums that I chopped up and mashed in the pan! 😋😋😋

I spent the night with my mom last night eating a lobster feast, watching movies and eating ice cream...today I’ve been cooking and working and about to get ready for the Patriots game tonight 🙃 • • • Deets: teriyaki salmon, Japanese sweets, marinated roasted mushrooms, roasted broccolini with pomegranate seeds and a turmeric yogurt dip (turmeric, coconut aminos, almond milk yogurt and a squeeze of lime). Teriyaki glaze: 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1/2 tsp ginger minced, 1/4 cup liquid aminos, 1 tablespoon coconut sugar, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos...marinate salmon for a half hour then remove (save marinade) and cook on high heat on stove for about 3 minutes per side. Heat the marinade in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer...whisk in a tsp water and 1 tsp of arrowroot flour and cook u til thickens. Happy Monday! ☁️🍃 . Finished Beginner Week 4 yesterday and am jumping right into BBG 1.0 Week 1 today!! 💥Slowly getting into a routine, and while I can’t see any differences yet (baby biceps still incubating), I am starting to FEEL like myself again & it feels GOOD 💃🏼 . Last week I had to do 4 resistance workouts to catch up on missing one from the previous week and I actually loved the added workout to my schedule! It kept me from getting lazy during the work week because I knew I needed to fit in an extra workout. In all the times I’ve done (& stopped) BBG, I’ve never tried the challenges because I usually procrastinate during the week & have to squeeze my last workout in on Sundays 🙈 So, I’m gonna try making the challenges my 4th workout each week. I’m hoping this will help with maintaining consistency. Our friends. 👉🏼We may help our kids answer homework 📚 questions as soon as we think they won’t get it. We RUN 🏃🏽‍♀️ to their rescue as soon as they fall...not waiting to see their reaction. Day 92: Happpyyyyy Monday everyone!! Today was CHEST and TRICEPS (my least favourite workout) BUTTTT it was greatttttt 👌🏼 Got in a huge calorie burn today (I think it was partly down to my recovering legs) but a really great day activity wise. I LOVE the endorphin high after a workout 🤪 It is honestly the best way to lift a mood. It’s also a short week here this week which has increased my mood by about 100000x 😂 btw sorry if 2000 calories burnt for the day doesn’t seem like much to you - I am sure there are some of you out there who burn MUCH more but for me this a a big burn & a big achievement because I have always struggled getting my calorie burn to increase! My eating wasn’t too bad today, I didn’t have any fruit which was annoying but our shopping got delivered tonight so now there is plenty of yummy food in the house 😛 Anywayyyyy, bed time for me now! Mitt humör påverkas så enkelt. Lika glad som jag kan bli på 3 sekunder kan jag bli ledsen. Jag lever en vardag med regelbunden ångest och stress, det är mycket möjligt att jag lider av utmattningssyndrom. Ofta vill jag så mycket men har nästan aldrig ork. Hur som helst, ibland gäller det att komma ihåg att allt vi känner, upplever och tänker är temporärt. Det gäller att inte påverkas för mycket och samtidigt försöka ta vara på nuet, hur klyschigt det än låter! ❤️

For some reason it felt like weeks since I’d step foot in my home gym 🤔 Anyway, this morning I felt so unmotivated to workout, which only really happens when I am super busy. My mind is 💯 focused on getting through my insanely scary checklist so my health & fitness tend to slide a little... I know it’s normal and this period of time won’t last forever, but I still find to hard to accept that fact whilst I’m experiencing this busy time. . And just look at these colors, that doesnt make you instantly HAPPY and in a good mood? 😍 . Its the little things guys, its the little things ♥️🤗 . #whatsonmyplate : salad leaves, strawberries from my grandmas garden ( BEST EVER 😍), cucumber slices, tomatoes, one avocado toast ( so proud that avo looks perfect, happy me 😭🥑) A ton of lemon juice and lime juice, a bit of olive oil, chia and sunflower seeds, pepper, pink himalayan salt ( not on the strawb). . And BON APPÉTIT 😍 . 🇫🇷 Ça les enfants, cest la plus heureuse assiette de lété. . Le combo, avocat/fraise....Cest juste délicieux 😭😍 . Dans mon assiette : mâche, tomates, concombre, fraises, un toast à lavocat. Graines de chia 😍🤗👏🏻 .
