Booty work ⚀ Elevated cable squat ⚁ Bench curtsey step overs ⚂ Bulgarian split squat ⚃ Stability ball hamstring curl (variations) * raised * 1 Legged ⚄ Stationary crab walk toe touch. 🤸‍♀️Jump rope🤸‍♀️ . 3 sets of 8-12 reps Jump rope 3 sets of 45-60 sec #1 You can use risers, a bench or a box for this exercise. This is a front squat using cables and changing up how it is performed. Feet are hip distance apart, core is braced and inhale on the descent, exhale on the ascent. Keep back upright. #2 this can be done with or without weights and really requires balances and power to get up and over. Keep the core braced and back upright as much as possible. You will feel your quads and glutes light up quick with this. #3 Get enough distance between you and the bench. Prop one foot on the bench and descend straight down for a lunge. This variation forces you to do unilateral work and helps you stay upright. Go as low as you can while maintaining proper form. #4 lie on a mat put heels or souls on top of the ball, lift the hips and roll the ball forward and back. Try to stay lifted the entire time. Go one legged for a bigger challenge. #5 Stationary crab walk toe touch- lift the body up so the booty is off the ground and reach for the opposite toe all ehile staying elevated and then repeat on the other side. **Jump rope for the warmup**
