LEG TRAINING . This is a lighter accessory day for me which is an addition to my two main heavy leg sessions throughout the week 💯 The goal here is to promote blood flow and improve recovery whilst also adding a bit of extra volume to the legs 🔥 I made sure to choose movements that dont require a huge amount of stability or load 👌 This will ensure that they dont create any interference with my other main leg sessions throughout the week (as laid out in my program BUILD). . For all the people following my #buildprogram that want to include an additional day of training .. my recommendation for you would be to either perform one of the challenges in the app (but remember to keep it LIGHT and save the energy for the main sessions) ... OR ... alternatively you could use this opportunity to fit in LISS session (Low Intensity Steady State Cardio) which will help your recovery and improve your conditioning 💪. . Heute Morgen war ich hin und hergerissen.... Restday oder Gym 😏 fast täglich Sport schlaucht ganz schön aber da ich eh raus musste, hab ich mich für‘ s Training entschieden. Nächste Woche hab ich einen Termin beim Orthopäden.... ich hampel nun schon seit Wochen/ Monaten mit meinem Rücken herum und ich muss das mal abklären lassen... ich hoffe, ich kann weiter sporteln und brauche keine Pause 😫 Jetzt aber ab in die Küche, meine Männer wollen nicht verhungern 😜 und später geht’s zur Arbeit.
