Dinner // Last nights dinner was salmon with a crème fraiche, lemon and watercress sauce served with broccoli and green beans fried in butter. Didnt have breakfast or lunch, though I did have a couple of cheeky cherries in the afternoon. Blimey OReilly when youre in ketosis and your taste buds change from cutting out sugar, they taste SO GOOD. Sweeter than a sleeping puppy. High in carbs though. Didnt eat much else, didnt even eat half of this dinner. Im struggling to eat anything at the moment. I remember having this same issue when I first started keto, my appetite disappeared for ages. Not the worst problem to have when you need to lose weight. Its quite a novelty!
