Is bread good or bad? – The list could go on and on and on and on.... # Heres the TRUTH ✅: there are only a few things — three to be exact — you need to build an effective and sustainable fat loss diet plan! # 1️⃣ Find You Calorie Deficit Target - I dont care if youre Vegetarian, Vegan, Paleo, Keto, or following some hipster “organic dog food-only diet” 🐶. The ONLY WAY to consistently lose weight is by creating a calorie deficit. # Now there are lots of fancy-pants calculators and formulas out there, but I recommend simply taking your goal body weight (in pounds) and multiplying it by 11-13 (11 or 12 if you’re not very active and possibly up to 13 for folks who are extremely active) # Regardless of what calorie target you come up with, youll li need to adjust them after a few weeks. You want to be, on average, losing roughly .5-1% of your body weight each week. If youre more than 50 pounds overweight, you can probably get away with losing 1.5% body weight per week. # 2️⃣ Find Your Protein Intake Target - this one’s simple too. Just multiply your GOAL bodyweight (in pounds) by .7-1 to get the number of protein grams you should aim for each day. This will ensure youre getting enough protein to support your muscles without eating so much that it takes away from carbs and fats 💪 # 3️⃣ Focus on Mostly Whole Foods - if 80% of your diet is coming from WHOLE foods (🍎🥑🥔🍖🥗), then its absolutely-positively-entirely okay to have “fun” foods (🍕🍔🍩🍪) for the other 20% – … and thats it! What you need: 2 mini cucumbers 1 cup cherry tomatoes 1/4 red onion 1/2 cup chickpeas 1 tsp olive oil 1/4 lemon (or 1/2 lemon) 5 olives 1 chicken thigh (5oz) Sea salt Pepper. . What to do: 1 - Chop up the cucumber, tomatoes, and onion. 2 - Mix the veggies, chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, & sea salt in a bowl. Depuis, jai appris à suivre une alimentation intuitive, à faire des bons choix 80% du temps et de quand même me permettre des traites quand jen ai envie... sans tomber dans labus!🙅‍♀️ . The best way for me to have a successful week, nutrition wise, is to meal plan! So multi tasking, having my breakfast & making my plan for this week. It requires some effort to plan, but it always pays off during the week! It saves me from grabbing quick, unhealthy food, and saves me money because I’ll be heading into the grocery store with a plan. This is the week of the CROCKPOT! This menu plan picture has made a huge difference in my life. It has saved me money and time, encouraged me to eat healthier, helped me not waste food, and eliminated the stress of coming up with a meal at the last minute. Each week I stand in front of my lovely menu planner, and using a wet erase marker I write out every meal I want to make that week (only write on the glass of the frame, not on the print), then I go sit down and make my grocery list according to what I just put on the board. My husband loves having everything written down because he knows there is a plan for each meal and that he will never arrive home to me saying “I dont know what I should make for dinner”. There are some times when I just do not feel like eating a meal I had planned for that day, or some last minute thing comes up, so I take a wet paper towel and erase it and switch out the food I had planned for a different day. It’s so simple to be flexible with this menu plan!
