Not every meal needs to look “Instagram worthy” to do its job properly! Yesterday, I decided I wanted something hearty but was also craving something sweet. Voila....a super simple (and extremely fast) meal I threw together! Sliced up some Aidell’s sausage and lightly pan fried while the green beans roasted under the broiler in the oven. I chopped up a sweet apple and added a tablespoon of water to a pan. Lightly steamed and then a liberal dash of cinnamon was added after they softened! Literally took about 10 minutes to complete this yummy meal! Ja gatavoju ēdienu piecām dienām, tad pirmdienas, otrdienas un trešdienas porcijas atstāju ledusskapī, bet ceturtdienas un piektdienas lieku saldētavā, kad vajag, tad iepriekšējā dienā izņemu ārā un atlaidinu. I had so many health issues and self hate that lead to my weight gain. Yes in 2009 I hated the way I looked and thought I was the most disgusting person in the world. Umm like what was I thinking 🤦🏻‍♀️ I just left myself go and ended up with Diverticulitis. I had surgery in 2011 to help me lead a normal life. Because I still hated myself I gained almost 100 +lbs. When I finally learned to love myself and embrace my body I was diagnosed with PCOS and was informed the only way I would be able to have children is to lose at least 100 lbs. I was stuck, I did not know what to do, I was finally loving myself and realized no matter my size I will always be beautiful. However, my health kept getting worse and if I ever wanted to have children I knew what had to be done. As the weight drops I still love myself no matter what, I would not change this for anything in the world. Actually I would, for a chance to be a mom. If you are on any type of journey no matter what it is always learn to love yourself and know you are beautiful! DO NOT let anyone bring you down.
