So so so much has happened since I was last on here. I graduated fire academy and am a few days from finishing up my first semester of paramedic school. During fire academy I gained probably 15-20 lbs, I would like to think it was all muscle but it definitely wasn’t. I would burn a ridiculous amount of calories and then go home and eat everything in sight. I did get stronger that’s for sure, but I also put on a lot of fat. During that time my eating habits were terrible and I wasn’t working out unless I was at the academy. Since I graduated I’ve lost about 10 lbs and have started to get back on track. I’m not counting my macros everyday because I usually eat the same things and it’s unnecessary for me. I’ll be posting updates on here more often and hopefully getting this page up and running again 😉

Tellement rare que je fasse du squat que ça se souligne 😅 . . - pour moi ce n’est pas du tout le meilleur exo pour travailler mes quadri. 😱 . . A la limite le front squat mais la charge est limité de part le placement de celle ci . . L’activation du fessier est elle aussi trop peu importante pour le back squat. Alors Oui ils s’activent (lors de chaque exo qui sollicite les membres inférieurs hors isolation ce mécanisme opère) mais ce n’est pas optimal . . Et je vous vois venir celles et ceux qui me disent que c’est avec le squat que vous prenez du popotin 🧐 mais quand je vois vos exécutions (cambrure anormale + rétroversion du bassin plus qu’il ne doit + dos à la parallèle du sol), je me dis que vous n’avez pas compris le but du squat 🏋🏼‍♂️😅 . . Saturday night shoulders with my babe @rutcal09 💪🏼 Yes, I did hit the gym twice in one day, hence the same outfit as my previous post lol. Sort of a late post, but my delts still hurt from this so we’ll get over it 💁🏼‍♀️but ohhhmylord this drop set of lateral flys had me like ☠️ we started as heavy as we can go then dropped the weight twice, where on the final set we go til failure 😵 the next video it appears I am struggling a bit... that’s because I am 😬 I normally do bar bell press with a 30 but someone else had it (story of my life) so I grabbed the 40, happy to accept a challenge lol 😝 We also did some regular ol dumb bell press (no video), and gave our rear delts some love with some face pulls, rear delt dlys and upright rows... phew! lol 😂 Thanks for looking!
