Day 5 of #100daysofketo I woke up feeling so tired and drained this morning even though I got 8 hours of sleep. Maybe keto flu kicking in🤔 Never thought I would hope for a flu but once it’s over I’ll be fat-adapted 🥳🥳 Still craving sugar but I decided to make a keto chocolate mug cake and it totally hit the spot. In fact all of my food tasted so good today that I gobbled it down so fast that I forgot to take any pics😅 However I tend to be a creature of habit so I am sure they will show up again. On a happier note, I weighed in this morning and am now 214.8lbs, down from 217.6 on Saturday. I think that is super impressive especially since I feel like I am eating a hella lot of food at 1500+ calories compared to my previous 1200 max. Am now back to my original weight from before my TX trip and super curious to see how fast I’ll hit 209.6lbs. Hello hello! We are 2 friends who are embarking on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Both of us want to lose approx 10kg and what better time to start than the holidays?? We are uni students going back in February 2019, but until then, time to do something productive for ourselves! . . I (E) will post the calorie count of all my food everyday and exercises I may do. We had a restaurant gift certificate from last year’s holiday party which was going to expire tomorrow. We didn’t want to let it go to waste, so my husband went to pick up takeout for us. He brought back dry rub wings for me. I also made some cloud bread aka oopsie bread to keep my egg streak alive. I prefer the texture of toasted cloud bread so after cooking, I added a little cheese and broiled for a couple of minutes. I ended up using some of the ranch that came with the wings because the dry rub was a little on the spicy side for me. I have more wings leftover for another meal! * long post* So I’ve been frustrated lately. I feel like every time I look at something bad the scale goes up. I’m developing an unhealthy relationship with the scale and it’s taking a toll. I only record my weight once a week but I’ve been guilty of weighing everyday sometimes multiple times. I’ve been loosing around 2 lbs a week but it’s the constant up and down that’s been getting to me. Preparo colocando o queijo em uma frigideira untada, deixo dourar um pouco e adiciono a omelete (2 ovos + 1 colher de sopa de leite ou creme de leite ou água + sal rosa + 1 colher das de café de azeite - adicione os temperinhos ou ervas que gostar neste momento) e deixo dar o ponto, ficar firme e macio . Sobre o shake que me perguntaram, faço com cacau 100% em pó, whey protein, colágeno, adoçante e água. Pode ser com leite também. Se não for diabético, ou for malhar logo em seguida, pode usar mel ou açúcar mascavo no lugar do adoçante.
