Not to bad right? . 2) Work out using heavy compound movements that have a lot of core activation, while eating in a slight calorie deficient. And even with both working out and eating right working for you, you are going to have to be super duper patient because getting ripped is going to take time. . Day 4/80 Before you know it, Ill have completed the programme. Thats pretty much what I do, I pick a workout programme and follow it. I dont have to think, what am I doing today? I I dont have to leave my house. I dont have to find a babysitter. I dont have to get out my pjs. I dont have to worry about constantly running to the loo. (I drink plenty of water). All you see on my page and in stories are the actual workouts I do and as you can see you don’t have to kill yourself at the gym in order to get yourself in shape 🤗 🔴 Exercise 1. 10 reps per side x 4 sets Exercise 2. 20 reps x 4 sets Exercise 3. 20 reps x 4 sets Exercise 4. 10 reps x 4 sets 🔴 I’ve upped my water intake to 3L a day now and @womensbest bcaas always help me stay on top of this new goal. We all know how important proper hydration is but it’s when you actually try it and see the difference in your skin (❗️) and weight (‼️) and the way you feel. You got kids, you got a gym.... part 4!!! Let’s talk about N.E.A.T Neat stands for non exercise activity thermogenesis. In other words calories burnt without actually exercising. Things like vacuuming, washing the car or that annoying person that constantly giggles their leg. All of these require energy and therefore burn calories. This afternoon I went down the beach for a swim and kicked the footy around with the little brothers, therefore increasing my neat for the day and burning more calories, whilst having fun at the same time, win/win!! I will often recommend neat to clients rather than cardio, just get up and move people!! They will often come back to me saying the house is cleaner, garden looks the goods and they are more productive with work. If you have a desk job just get up and move every 30-45mins, you’ll be amazed with your energy levels and how much more productive you actually are. There is even science out to prove this! In conclusion today was a rest day for me but I still stayed activity without having to do dreaded cardio or prepare myself mental for the gym. Mindset is everything and a small change like this makes a huge help. I feel great, my body is still rested and I’m ready to crush the weights in the gym again tomorrow 💪 #noexcuses #eatlessmovemore #nogymnoproblem
