Have I mentioned I hate nights!!!! Managed 4 hours sleep this morning which is better than normal so I should count myself lucky really. I got up at about 12 and hubby, the little one and the Doggo were all. So I took advantage and went out for a run. It’s was soooo hot. Which made it was soooo hard. I had planned to do my normal 5k loop twice but bailed after the 1st lap. After I recovered I did a 30 min hooping session and my 100 squats. The squats are so easy now Im going to start doing them slower and deeper, when I started I had to do them in little sets but now I can do the full set no issues today was day 26 of a 30 day challenge. Tonight is my last night shift of this set. I have a whole week off work! Loving my new working hours. Family life/work life feels nicely balanced now. :) Finished the day on 15syns —————————————————————————- Breakfast - My workout session really fudged me. I actually planned a cooked breakfast but I was way to hot to cook so just threw this all in a bowl. I havent brought Red Currants before but they were lovely. I always use @alpro plain with almond yogurt for this type of breakfast its 125g which is about 0.5syns. The cereal is 45g of @weetabixofficial crunchy bran. Its 7syns or a HeB. —————————————————————————- Lunch - Really felt like just having a sandwich for lunch so that’s what I had. I was running behind schedule so just chucked all the snacks I was taking to work in this pic.. The sandwich is 2 slices of wholemeal bread (HeB), 2 slices of @quorn_uk vegan ham (Free), 20g of @kokodairyfree cheese (0.5 HeA I used the other half on almond milk for my coffees) and loads of salad thrown in for good measure. The Koko cheese is sooo good. I had completely given up on vegan cheese but this is perfect. —————————————————————————- Dinner - This was really good! It’s the dry rice packet from @aldiuk with loads of veg and spices fried in a pan. I added a packet of @vivavivera shawarma which is incredible. The texture is so so realistic Hubby couldn’t believe it was vegan. This was such a nice meal for a night shift. It was nice and filling. I need food to keep me awake when working nights.

I Put the kids to bed and knocked through this 20 min core workout. No equipment needed...just body weight and youd probably want some music 🎶. I had to do without the beats today....left my headsets in the house and going back in to grab them wasnt worth the risk of waking them up 😏 Workout: 1️⃣leg lift w/hip raise [15 reps] 2️⃣foot to foot crunch [20 reps each side; 40 total] 3️⃣high plank alternating toe tap [10 reps each side; 20 total] 4️⃣low plank hip twists [20 reps each side; 40 total] 5️⃣spiderman planks [10reps each side; 20 total] 6️⃣plank [until failure] Complete 3-4 rounds with 30 sec rests between sets. Week one of my new program is completed, and I cant tell you how accomplished I feel today. Not only did I complete the first week, but i gave each workout my all..... 30-40 mins went by and I lifted heavier then expected and finished strong. I enjoyed 2 rest days, my third being tomorrow and didnt feel like I was slacking or behind. My food game was also strong. I made a batch of cinnamon rolls last weekend. And my first thought was why am I even doing this sure my kids wanted it and Im sure they would have gotten eaten by someone..... but why make it if I cant enjoy it too!!! Well I did!!! And it didnt take me off course......and I didnt feel guilty about it. Ive got big goals in every aspect of life this year!! At the top, pull your triceps down into your ribs while pinching your shoulder blades back (scapular retraction). FULL BODY WORKOUT with DUMBBELLS 🦋 . . @nataschafit . There‘s nothing more enjoyable to me than working out at the seaside. I love the wind and the smell of the sea and of course the amazing view 😍 For today’s workout you need a pair of dumbbells. It’s a full body workout with a lot of core work. The amount of reps and sets is only a recommendation of course and you can adjust them to your own fitness level. But don’t end your workout too early. Try to push yourself through until you feel your muscles burn. This is where change happens. Do a quick warm-up with some jumping jacks first. 1) Sledge hammer with squat and halo on the way up 12 reps to each side 2) Plank get ups with a rotation into side plank 12 reps to each side 3) Knee lifts with press ups 15 reps 4) Plank jump in into squat, arm raises and jump back 15 reps 5) Weighted squat jumps 10 reps 4 rounds in total. And don’t forget to stretch

Any ground its a training ground. In transition of settling in new country I made it a priority every morning for 60min to go for a run & do bodyweight exercises outdoor.
