SMOKEY ROASTED CHICKPEAS 🤪 ****************************************************** 🤪 250g Kichererbsen 🤪 2 EL Dattelsirup 🤪 1 EL Sojasauce oder Miso Paste 🤪 2 EL Smoked Paprika 🤪 1/2 EL Zwiebelpulver Die Kichererbsen über Nacht in Wasser einlegen und am nächsten Tag weich kochen. Abtropfen und auf einem Küchentuch auslegen zum trocknen. In einer Schüssel die Marinade vorbereiten indem man alle Zutaten mit einem Schwingbesen verrührt. Die Kichererbsen in die Schüssel geben und die Marinade gut auf den Kichererbsen verteilen. Die marinierten Kichererbsen auf ein Bachtrennpapier belegtes Blech verteilen und im 175° vorgeheizten Ofen mit Umluft ca. 30min backen. Nach jeden 10min die Erbsen kurz drehen damit sie schön knusprig werden. Love a fry up, love a temple! Were in Thailand! And whats the first thing you do when you get to Chiang Mai? Go for a good old fry up of course! Actually, weve stuffed our faces with loads of amazing Thai food as well but this was an enjoyable meal. We havent had something like this for well over a year now so we were quite excited when we heard about a restaurant called Vegan Heaven that serves up a vegan all day breakfast. I could have eaten 5 of them I reckon! Thai temples are amazing as well. SO MUCH GOLD! And they are pretty much on every street you turn down. Stuffing Stuffed Mushrooms 🍄 ~ This savory gluten-free version of stuffing has a hint of sweetness and spice and when topped with a cauliflower cream sauce they are a real crowd pleaser. ~ In our home we have 2 gluten free eaters, 1 PBWF ( still working on eliminating all added oil), 1 vegan, 2 meat and dairy eaters and 1 that eats healthy yet is a true foodie and tries anything that looks good no matter what it’s made out of. So finding meals that can accommodate all of us is difficult sometimes! However I’m finding that veganizing recipes is a good way to sneak in some of my favorites without anyone really knowing...they just think the food tastes good 😝 ~ For this recipe I used organic mushrooms. Small portobellos work great! ~ Ingredients: * 2 packs mushroom ( at least 24 mushrooms) * 1 loaf gluten free bread 10 cups crouton * 2 stalks celery chopped * 1 medium onion chopped * ½ cup chopped apple * 3-4 cup vegetable broth * 2 tbsp vegan butter or 1 tbsp olive oil * 2 tsp cumin * 2 tsp allspice * 1 ½ tsp dry sage ~ Directions: 1. Cut bread into cubes and season with favorite unsalted herb blend (we like our Gourmet Collection Garlic and Onion) 2. Bake at 325 on baking sheet for 15 minutes. 3. In large pot sauté celery, onion, and apple in oil or vegan butter of choice (I find Earth Balance vegan version cooks up very well) for 5 to 7 minutes until onion is lucid. 4. Add spices and 3 cups of broth and bring to boil. 5. Gently mix in bread crumbs, if dry after mixing add more broth until all bread is moist but not soggy. 6. Stuff into clean, stem-free mushrooms and bake covered at 325 for 30 minutes. Put a few tbsp of broth into bottom of baking pan to keep mushrooms moist. 7. Colonic irrigation is extremely unhealthy because it pushes water against your cecum. This is your ascending colon right here. This is your transverse colon, this is your descending colon. Things goes across very easy and down very easy, but to climb up the crawl up is very difficult. Now I’m going to push water up here then across, down, now there’s nowhere out here; so aren’t you having to impact things down here with that water of 15 lb per square each pressure? Not only that, the obstruction is not in the colon, it’s in the small intestine; because the valve – the cecum valve only pushes things out, it doesn’t admit things in cause that would be an atoxemia (it would be a toxemia). So as this valve clogs, so the small intestines and there goes your ileum. So when you got your colonics, yeah you see some feces out of it, but the obstruction is in the small intestines. and fix this valve does not allow any water to go in, how is it going to clean the small intestines now, where the petrifaction predeceased? Not only that, when you take water and put in machine and then push that up someone’s colon, isn’t there life forms in this water already? And they will seat inside of you. I didn’t post this on Sunday, because I didn’t want to. But here’s authenticity for ya. Last week was my first weekly weigh in since starting my Arbonne journey that I gained weight back. I went from consistently running 4-5 times a week, to two, to none. I’ve also tested the waters with eating chips and guac a few too many times. My weekly weigh in losses have decreased and this week, I gained back because even though I said I’d workout more, focus more on what I was eating, and refocus on my goals... I didn’t. I went on a road trip and even though I packed healthy food, I didn’t stick to my game plan of eating healthy. We ate out and had amazing home cooked meals. The difference between my weight loss journey this time vs. every other time is that I don’t tear myself apart. I recognize what set and realize I have to work harder to make up for it. If I’m not honest, it takes the accountability away. I hope that if you’ve gained some back, that you didn’t let it stop you from moving forward! #journey

Secondly, so this doesn’t happen again, change your lifestyle- go vegan so we can allow the forests to go back to being forests... since we won’t need all that land to grow food to feed farmed animals.🙏🏾 . ✊🏾23% of ice-free land is used to graze livestock and 33% of crop lands are used for livestock feed production. Ieri è stata una di quelle giornate super pesanti.. 7 ore sui libri, uscire prima dall’uni perché la testa scoppia, tutto di corsa e po a fine giornata un piccolo salto in palestra.. ero seriamente distrutta, mi sono svegliata con il raffreddore ieri e ora non riesco neanche a respirare 😂 oggi però mi aspettano 5 ore di lezione che non posso saltare.. quindi andrò in uni e vedrò come mi sento! Have you ever looked in the mirror and been completely #shocked at what was looking back at you? Have you ever thought, “How did I get here!?” “I don’t even know this person.” I have. It sucks. It sucks a lot. It burns you to your absolute core. It makes your gut churn and ache. It breaks your heart. It weakens you, mind, body and soul. And when you look back at the person in the mirror you can feel all of your potential just below the tiredness, the discomfort, restlessness... you can feel it scratching at the surface begging to be released. And so, you stare back at that person in the mirror, the shell of yourself, and a sense of hopelessness starts to fill the cracks that your evading potential leaves behind. I get it. I do. I understand better than most. I’m still working on me. And I have a long way to go yet. But I know, without a #shadow of a doubt, that it if I didn’t have the ease of THRIVE in my life, I wouldn’t have the confidence, motivation or determination needed to make the steps to change my life for the better. I wouldn’t have the #energy to be everything that I need to be for my children and husband day in and day out and still have the patience to laugh when I find Levi and sissy playing paint the puppy with the baking flour. I just wouldn’t. Every area of my life has improved because of 3 simple steps that take 5 minutes of my morning. It’s about more than just losing weight. There are thousands of people thriving who don’t need to lose a pound. It’s about finding that piece of yourself that’s been missing. It’s about digging out that gem and polishing it to a high shine. It’s about finding your value, learning that your worth is so fantastically immeasurable. It’s about truly living your best life.
