Stuffed Fajita Peppers 🌶: — Ingredients: - Green peppers - Chicken breast - Taco seasoning - Part skim shredded mozzarella - Bolt-house farms ranch dressing - Quinoa - Half white onion - Olive oil - Spinach — Directions: 1. Cut top of pepper off and scoop out seeds. 2. Taking cooking dish and fill with an inch of water and place peppers in. 3. Turn oven on to 350. 4. Cook peppers for 10 minutes. 5. While peppers are cooking, make quinoa. 6. Once quinoa is done: use olive oil to caramelize the onions & then add chicken, taco seasoning and spinach. 7. Fill peppers with quinoa & chicken mixture. 8. Top with shredded mozzarella and bake for 10 more minutes. 9. Drizzle ranch on top! —

I like to make “healthier treats” by using my level 1 protein! — Snickerdoodles 👩🏼‍🍳 — Ingredients: - 1 cup of ghee or smart balance butter - 2 tsp cream of tartar - 1 tsp baking soda - 2 3/4 cup oat flour - 1 cup coconut sugar - 1 scoop caramel latte protein powder - 2 eggs - Cinnamon for topping — Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 2. Place parchment paper on cookie sheets 3. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon 4. Dollop quarter shaped batter balls onto sheet. 5. Top with cinnamon 6. Happy Saturday! — Form is something I get a lot of questions on so below are a few tips to help you practice proper form while running! — 1. Stand tall as most would say. Focus on your posture. The more you slouch, the more uncomfortable the run will be. — 2. Listen to your feet as they strike the ground. Don’t land hard on your heels, but also don’t land hard on your toes. Lightly and using the whole foot will slow you to move forward. — 3. Move forward... not from side to side. You want forward progression with the least amount of side to side bouncing as possible. — 4. R E L A X ... the more you tense up the more energy your body uses. Loosen up especially as you go down hill! Don’t clinch your fists ... a lot of people exert so much energy because they clench their fists. Shake em out, relax and move forward. — ❤️👊🏻 I am always here if you need me
