New PR!!!! Fyi my bench press has sucked my whole life i was blessed with strong legs and a strong back but im lookin to change that! Today did a 5x2 with 275lbs!!! The most ive ever pressed raw was 285 last year in my 235lb pudgy state So this is a big ass accomplishment to me and im super proud! Im following a program my trainer @coachdanny_ihsc gave me the only thing is ive added heavy bench squat and deadlifts once a week and its making a huge difference! World Powerlifting Championships 2018, Eger Hunger !!!! I think its amazing how many mixed emotions we go through in such a short period of time ..... !! I have been extremely busy these last few days and I haven’t been able to fit in my schedule my regular workouts. And that’s ok!
