The last few days I have been dragging... my energy levels super low and just feeling mehhhhh both mentally and physically. Hello everyone! It’s been a rough few weeks at the gym for me. I ended up spraining my back at the end of August and I am back in the gym but I’m not 100%. I can’t do my leg days like I want to and I have to be really careful with how much weight I’m using. This as made me pretty down but it’s so important to take the time you need to let your body heal so you can back at 100% faster. Having a pretty rough night, went to dog training which was fun but after that I went to the pub to meet Tom and my ex was there and for a while it was ok, we just showed off how happy we were together now but then all the past starting coming up and seeing him again upsets me so I just left. I came home and realised I didn’t pick my bloody weekly meds up 🤦🏼‍♀️ So taken a zopiclone or id of had no sleep and I have college in the morning. Gonna struggle to wake up but Tim will help hopefully. . Do you actually like the foods you’re eating? Or are you just eating foods you should be eating just so you can lose weight or be “healthy”🤔? . After a tough workout I typically cannot wait to have my peanut butter/matcha green smoothie 💚. If I didnt love it theres no way it would have become a habit over time. Yes its optimal after a morning workout because its easy on my digestion and provides me with a healthy balance of protein, carbs, and fat, but I truly have this almost every morning because I genuinely LOVE it 😍💕❤️! . So when a craving hits for pasta, chocolate, cookies, Chinese food, whatever it is - do you deny yourself those foods only to find yourself eating every healthy alternative in sight (celery, apples, almonds, carrots, etc.) just so that original craving goes away 🤬? . If so, youre not alone and I definitely used to do this too! However Ive learned over time that the best thing to do in these situations is to give in to the cravings🤩. And no youre not bad for doing so. Or going to lose all progress! Chances are you will end up eating less and not overdoing it because 1) you are giving yourself permission to eat. 2) youre honoring that craving, eating until satisfied, and then moving on with your life. No more worrying or stressing 🎉!. . Also, there are so many online resources where you can find amazing recipes in order to satisfy those cravings! Since I hurt my shoulder last night I’m resting it for 48hrs. That doesn’t mean that I rest completely, instead I did an epic leg session and I’m now having trouble walking 😂. I adapted my session to A: squats 10 x 60% B: reverse barbell lunges x 10e, single leg glute bridges x10e c: bicep curls (i managed a pb of 17.5kg) x 10 and sit ups x 10. I decided to do one of my FAVORITE lifting routines... might be my favorite because its like 22 minutes and packs a punch! ;) Hey, Im just like you- lets get this done in a shorter amount of time, am I right? I remembered that it had some work with the bands so I was excited about that because I havent done any resistance band work in a loooooong time! It also gave me a chance to see how my right wrist is doing in comparison to the other. This pic makes it look sooo uneven because I have a super cute top on with a hood 😂 but I promise there IS a shoulder under there! BUT this pic did show me that my right wrist is still a hair behind the other as far as strength and flexibility goes. Im okay with that and Im certainly not going to beat myself up over it... I mean I had surgery on it, so its natural it wouldnt be exactly the same as the other. It also just lets me know that I could stand to do some more training with that wrist to continue working on its flexibility. Its always good to take note of where you are- these are weaknesses, they are areas of opportunities! P.S. I can’t believe it’s half way through September already can you guys? I don’t think I’m ready for autumn and the dark nights yet. And just look at these colors, that doesnt make you instantly HAPPY and in a good mood? 😍 . Its the little things guys, its the little things ♥️🤗 . #whatsonmyplate : salad leaves, strawberries from my grandmas garden ( BEST EVER 😍), cucumber slices, tomatoes, one avocado toast ( so proud that avo looks perfect, happy me 😭🥑) A ton of lemon juice and lime juice, a bit of olive oil, chia and sunflower seeds, pepper, pink himalayan salt ( not on the strawb). . And BON APPÉTIT 😍 . 🇫🇷 Ça les enfants, cest la plus heureuse assiette de lété. . Le combo, avocat/fraise....Cest juste délicieux 😭😍 . Dans mon assiette : mâche, tomates, concombre, fraises, un toast à lavocat. Graines de chia 😍🤗👏🏻 .

💯8 WEEKS WITH THE TRANSFORMATION KID💯 ⭐️This was achieved training with me for one 45 minute training session per week, as part of my ONLINE PLAN⭐️ Id like to introduce Joyce Shel (aka KID THE HOT MAMMA!!💃💃💃💃💃🔥). Joyce came to me only just after having her beautiful new baby, as she was determined to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight, and feel good about her body again. I was equally determined to help her achieve that, so we started her on her Transformation!!👊👊👊👊💪😆 STATISTICS Weight loss - 1 stone 8lbs (a mixture of body fat, water retention, and toxins). Muscle mass added - 7lbs (a mixture of deep muscle striation tissue, and water muscle cell mass). VO2 Max - greatly increased due to a combination of tailored MRT circuits, short burst high intensity cardio, and full use of all the training systems during resistance training. When Sunday night got you playing with Snapchat filters 😂💁‍♀️

I am so happy to be able to go back to the gym after nearly a month off due to breaking my arm. I still cant lift with my right arm until it has healed but Ive still been able to get some cardio, bodyweight and machine leg work and left arm work in 💪🏻. Yesterday was the 2nd time I went back in and I am definitely feeling much better for it!
