It takes 21 days to make something a habit. I didnt know habits could rock so stinking much! @workinitwithrainne . . . I am in love with the program Im doing. Serious L.O.V.E. guys. No joke I have made such amazing progress in such a short amount of time, its (almost) unreal. And I get to do it with my crazy busy life. . . . I am at my job, working, for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Including commute, Im out of the house at least 13 hours every day I work. But Im still able to work on myself without feeling like its all I have time to do. I spent 3 hours playing video games last night after talking on the phone for a few hours... and I worked out? . . . Like I said: unreal. 40 minute workouts. 4 days a week. . . . Im three weeks in and already seeing results. In my strength, my endurance, my heath, my energy and my body! I seriously cant wait to take progress pictures and see the difference Im feeling. We gotta wait 5 more weeks for that though. 😉 . . . The best news though... This program becomes open to the public on October 1st. Today I went shopping for my upcoming Italy trip and it was actually fun! I’m down 2 sizes and all because instead of doing dishes, or that next load of laundry, or some other random task... I consciously made a choice to make myself the priority and head to my garage to workout 🤷‍♀️ it wasn’t always an easy choice but I’m so glad I did now! Every time I’m pregnant I promise myself I’m going to post more about my workouts but of course I don’t....and every time I catch the girls doing something adorable (which is ALL of the time obviously) I say I’m going to post more pictures of them so my family can see but, again, I don’t. 🙄 This past week has been full of Home and gym workouts, (even though Sawyer has been randomly throwing up a LOT and had been averaging 6 wake ups a night, she hasn’t actually been sick so we could still take them to Childwatch every day👌🏾) hour walks in the morning followed by park time with Tatton, Focus on the Family/Adventures in Odyssey trip, booked Jack’s plane ticket to visit the girls, (I can’t fly until after I have Andi Lou & Charlie still won’t be able to take off work so we REALLY appreciate everyone planning to come out to see us because I probably won’t be flying home with three babies by myself anytime in the foreseeable future 😂) ballet, Andi Lou’s doctor appointment, new words in Sawyer’s vocab (Doodle, Jack, RuRu and Gaga) lots of FaceTiming (Andy is Bindi’s new favorite), and surprise boxes from Doodle. 💜 So happy we officially started our LAST fall in a cold weather state. Ya girls favorite day LEG DAY BIATCHES🤪 I finally finished @bodiesbyrachel 6 week challenge a lil early because ya girl was over it sorry Rachel, love ya lots tho!💗 I missed lifting heavy weights because during the challenge all/most workouts were for example 5x15 4x15-20... I personally can’t do heavy weights for that many reps, if you can props to you👏🏽 so today was the day I got to lift heavy weights again🎊 ***WARM-UP*** 0️⃣10min stair master (warming up my Glutes // if you guys want a booty warm up video comment below) WORKOUT 1️⃣Squat 5x10: change your stance accordingly to what part of you legs you want to target // narrow, shoulder width, or sumo, also go up in weight each set. 2️⃣Leg Extension 1x25 + 3x12: first set is a warmup so light weight. For the other three sets gradually go up in weight. 3️⃣Single Leg Press 4x10: low weight or no weight at all. 4️⃣Curtsy Lung 4x12: you have the option of doing these with dumbells, a barbell, or how I did it in the smith machine. 5️⃣Hack Squat 4x8: these were so tough!! // So my workout today was my personal training session with my new trainer, Thad (been training since May but stopped & haven’t been since August🤦🏾‍♀️) & he informed me that I wasn’t eating enough red meat to gain weight. & that I was eating TOO healthy for my goals 😱😱 So here’s one of his lunches he says he eats after a workout... #liift4 Rest Day doesnt mean sit around eat a bag of potato chips! Its use your awesome new muscles to do alllll the lifting. I successfully moved 20 bags of top soil 4 times today and didnt need to ask for help. I got some looks pushing a flatbed of soil through Menards today, but I like to think they were all looks of admiration.
