What is polyometrics training? Plyometrics is a form of intense training that involves the use of a stretch and contraction sequence of muscle fibers to generate great strength at a high speed. With this type of training session, you will improve your overall power and explosiveness. Plyometric exercises include vertical and broad jumps, where you jump as high and/or as far as possible. Skipping rope, jumping squats, single leg hopping and clapping push-ups are also great examples of plyometric exercises. ••••••••••••••••• تمرینات پلیو متریک چه نوع تمریناتی هستند؟ پلایومتریک تمرینی است جهت افزایش توانایی فرد در ترکیب سرعت و قدرت. در اثر تمرین پلایومتریک ورزشکار شروعی سریع تر و تغییر جهتی تند ترخواهد داشت. در اوائل سال ۱۹۷۰ در اروپای شرقی رواج یافت و از آن به عنوان تمرینات توان یاد می کردند. سپس از سال ۱۹۷۵ به وسیله( فرد ویلت) از مربیان دوومیدانی تکامل یافت. ازسال ۱۹۸۰مربیان ورزشی دیگر رشته ها نیز به استفاده از این روش روی آوردند. تمرینات پلایومتریک عملکرد عضله را در حداقل زمان به حداکثر قدرت ممکن می رساند. این افزایش توانایی درکسب قدرت تحت عنوان (توان) شناخته شده است. تمام حرکات پلایومتریک شامل سه مرحله هستند. مرحله اول: همراه با انقباض برونگرای عضله و پیش کشش است. در این مرحله انرژی ارتجاعی تولید و ذخیره می شود. مرحله دوم: مرحله گذار از پیش کشش به آغاز انقباض درونگرای عضله است. این فاصله زمانی مختصر را مرحله «استهلاک» (Amortization) می نامند. هرقدر این مرحله کوتاه تر باشد منجر به انقباض عضلانی پر توان بعدی خواهد شد. مرحله سوم و آخر: انقباض واقعی عضله است که در تمرین مورد توجه ورزشکاران بوده و سبب پرتاب یا پرش پرتوان می شود. این سه مرحله متوالی در اصطلاح چرخه کشش ـ کوتاه شدن (Stretch-Shortening Cycle) نامیده می شود. در واقع می توان تمرینات پلایومتریک را تمرینات چرخه کشش ـ کوتاه شدن نامید. #polymetrics #پلیومتریک #تمرین_ورزشی #workout #bestworkouts #alizfitness #traineraliz #fitness #totalbodyworkout #bodyweightexercises #علم_تمرین

Hip Stretch (as seen be Jasmina in the image) Basically hips do a lot of work and that takes a toll. Short tight hip muscles can reduce your range of motion throughout the joint, weaken your glutes and tilt your pelvis, this can cause excessive curvature in the spine as well as lower back pain, plus tight hip flexors hurt. So my homework to you is stretch your hip flexors out 2 x daily 1 min each side x 2, stretching twice on each side with help lengthen and release the muscle and you can deeper into the stretch second time around! The kettlebell swing is a ballistic builder of both strength and conditioning, the swing (a dynamic hip hinge) is one of the most basic movements and having the competence to swing safe and effectively is a prerequisite for other kettlebell skills. . Often the stronger and more conditioned swing the better you will be at other horizontal human movement (deadlifting, tackling, running and jumping). . Here are a few notes from KB master Pavel Tsatsouline to keep in mind as you perform the swing: . The back is neutral. The neck is slightly extended or neutral on the bottom of the swing . The heels, toes, and balls of the feet are planted and the knees track the toes. . The shoulders are packed (connected to the body). . The kettlebell handle passes above the knees during the backswing. . The arms are straight in the bottom position. . There is no forward knee movement on the upswing. . The body forms a straight line at the top of the swing: the hips and knees extend fully, the spine is neutral. . Sharply inhale through your nose on the way down, exhale forcefully on the way up. . The abs and glutes visibly contract at the top of the swing. . The kettlebell floats momentarily at the top of the swing. . TRAINING SESSION: Total body workout 🏋️‍♀️ We utilized various training methods and combined them into a complete total body workout. I always look for different ways to make the training difficult and equally challenging. Wall squats with 5 second, isometric dumbbell curls. Glute bridge with resistance band while doing a dumbbell chest press. Dumbbell shoulder rotation on bosu. Goblet squat with resistance bands using 3 different dumbbells. If you don’t challenge yourself, you’ll never know what your made of or what you’re capable of achieving. Push yourself... Strive to be better... Persist until you succeed and don’t look back. Rocked my ketoAF shirt at boot camp today. Cup of bullet to top off todays beatdown. Today i weighed in at 155.3 this am. Its been a struggle to get where im at but i finally found the right formula to be here. Boy it was a struggle, but you just gotta push and keep coasting. Goal is to reach at 140-145ibs by the end of this month. Ketones numbers remain consistent and Blood sugars and lab work up are within normal limits. No holiday grubbing will hold me back, gonna keep the consistency to a T. Constant fat burning machine!
