I find it fascinating how things can change from month to month. In the last month Ive gained 4 lbs (weighed in at 142 yesterday), and lost 1 lb of fat. Without tracking progress, I feel it can be pretty tough to...well...track. In the last month, Ive tried different meals, supplement schedules, and made sure that rest day is rest day (no pigging out on junk food). Changing up workouts keep my body surprised, so I feel its a great thing Ive gotten a trainer/coach to help me out. I feel different, clothes fit different, and definitely look different. Its a continuous learning and discipline experience, and whats going to be a challenge here real soon is that Im going to be traveling for work pretty frequently for the next month and a half. Already scoping out gyms and wondering how Im going to bring everything with me to maintain the schedule. #transformationtuesday

Workout #50 is history. I finally started working on skills. I was attempting to do a front lever today. I wasn’t able to do it. I can hold a tucked front lever for a while, but can’t put one or two legs straight out yet. It’s all good. You definitely see me fail, but you will NEVER see me quit. ✌🏽

Transformation Tuesday 🔫When I show people my transformations lol they don’t believe it’s me. Picture on the left is at 190 pounds. Picture on the right is 160 pounds show day. About 4 months apart. There’s no being born with it, a nice physique is achievable for anyone willing to put in the work. It’s definitely easier to maintain though then it is to make a drastic change. . I can maintain a lean physique year round pretty comfortably. However I gained excessive weight last winter to test myself lol. Put myself in my clients’ shoes and understand the struggles more.
