Direction: Combine flour, ground almond and 25 gr powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. In a seperate bowl, beat the butter then add 45 gr powdered sugar in it. Mix for a minute. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix just for a little while until crumbly. Add beaten eggyolk into the mixture and beat just a little more. Form the dough with your hands. Shape the dough like a flat disc, wrap with a stretch film and store in the fridge for an hour. Roll out the cooled dough half cm thick then transfer in the bakeware. Place a sheet of parchment paper on top and use some pie weights or uncooked beans or peas. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Remove the weights and parchment paper then bake for another ten minutes until slightly golden. . Cream: 500 ml milk, 25 gr flour (2 heaping tbsp), 25 gr cornstatch, 100 gr sugar (1 big sized teaglass), 1 egg, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 1 tbsp butter. Mix well and make sure it is homogenous at the end. Add this mixture into the pot gradually, stir while doing so. Put the pot on the stove again and start cooking. Ingredients: 1 kg red plums, 1 teaglass sugar, 4 tbsp butter, 1 teaglass yogurt, 1 teaglass powdered sugar, 1 teaglass oil, 1 packet baking powder, 1 packet vanilla sugar, flour (as much as needed). . Direction: Clean the red plums, remove the pits, cut in slices then empty into a pot. Add sugar and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes until soft and tender. Prepare the dough by mixing all ingredients except the flour. Gradually add flour and knead a nonsticky soft dough. Make sure all the ingredients are in room temperature. Divide the dough in half. Place one half in the freezer. Grease your pie pan, press the second half of the dough into the pan then prick it all over with a fork. Fill the crust with cooked plums. Grate the frozen dough all over the plums as a topping. Bake at 180 degrees celcius until goldenbrown. Dust with powdered sugar when cooled. Prepare the filling in a pan: Sautee garlic and onion first then stir in one glass of rice. Sautee for a while. Add capia pepper. Add pureed tomato, season the dish and pour in one glass of water. The rice should be puffed up at the end. Turn off the stove and stir in the dill and fresh thyme. Fill the artichokes with the rice. Prepare a mixture of water, 1 tbsp tomato paste and a little salt and sugar then pour it over the artichokes. Direction: Knead a dough, cover with a kitchen towel and leave to rest for 20 minutes. Divide dough into 300 gr buns. Grease each bun with oil then stretch out in the size of a plate. Let them rest again. Spread butter between two sheets and place them on top of each other. Leave the dough to rest again for 40 minutes. Grease your work surface well then roll out the dough as thin as possible. Fold all sides to the center so it has a square form at the end. Roll up the big square into a log. Leave to rest again for a while. Cut it into 3-4 cm slices then place them on your work surface. Press down on each roll with your hands. Dough: 1 egg, 1 glass lukewarm water, 1 coffeespoon salt, 3.5 glasses flour (you may need more or less so add flour gradually to get the right consistency). . Filling: 4 medium sized potatoes, salt, 1 tbsp butter, red pepper flakes, ground black pepper. . Sauce: 1 tbsp butter, 3-4 tbsp olive oil, 1 coffeespoon tomato paste (she did not use in this video though), red pepper flakes, thyme, 1 small bowl of garlic yogurt. . Direction: Prepare a hard dough and leave it to rest. In the meantime, start preparing the filling. Peel the potatoes and boil in a pot until soft. Mash the potatoes and cook in a pan with butter. Season with salt and spices to taste. Cook for 3-5 minutes more and turn off the heat. Divide dough in two and roll out each piece as much as you can. Use flour while doing that. The thickness should be just a little bit thicker than a yufka sheet. Cut out round pieces, put 1/2 coffeespoon of filling in the center then fold up in half moon shape and seal. Arrange hingel on a clean kitchen towel, a cotton sheet or a silicone mat. Boil water in a pot and stir in some salt. Pour hingel in the water and boil for 5-6 minutes. Remove them with a strainer. Prepare the sauce in a small skillet. Cook tomato paste until you can smell the paste then stir in the thyme and red pepper flakes. Pour half ladle of the boiling water and cook for about four minutes. Serve hingel immediately with garlic yogurt and tomato sauce on top. Ingredients: 1/2 glass rice, 2 glasses water, 1 liter milk, about 1 glass sugar, 1 eggyolk, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp water, 1 packet vanilla sugar. Decoration: toasted hazelnuts or pistachios. . Direction: Cook rice with two glasses of water. Set the pot aside when there is just a little bit of liquid left in it. Pour sugar and milk in an empty pot and mix. Stir in the cooked rice without draining. Dissolve starch in 2 tbsp water in a small bowl then add in one eggyolk. Mix well and make sure it is homogenous at the end. Add this mixture into the pot gradually, stir while doing so. Put the pot on the stove again and start cooking. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook (stir occassionally) about 10 more minutes after that. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Distribute the sütlaç into serving cups/bowls or ramekins. Pour some water in a baking sheet and place the desserts in it. Let them sit like this for ten minutes then put them in the oven and bake at 220 degrees celcius. Place it in the highest rack and use the top setting of the oven so the bottom of the dessert wont get baked as well. Take out the desserts once they have brown spots on top. Decorate with hazelnuts or pistachios. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Direction: Clean the strawberries and rinse well. Take out a pot. Place strawberries in the bottom at first then use sugar to coat it all. Prepare layers like this until all sugar and strawberries are finished. Cover the lid of the pot and let it sit like this for 4.5 hours or overnight. After that, cook strawberries over high heat until they start boiling then reduce the heat and let it simmer . Stir in the butter next and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Drain the strawberries and transfer them in a seperate dish. Continue cooking the liquid for another 15-20 in the pot. Stir occassionally. You can remove the excess foams at this stage. Add strawberries in the pot again and cook for 3-4 minutes more. Add lemon juice and stir carefully. Cook for 1-2 more minutes and turn off the heat. Pour hot marmelade into glass jars and close their lids tightly.
