The fitness industry is so exciting, but gosh, sometimes it feels like information overload, right?! So many opinions and so many options. Vegan, or meat? Cardio or weights? Keto or paleo? Heavy or reps? Sometimes it’s important to remember to just keep it simple and stress free! If you like your workouts then you’ll continue doing them, and isn’t overall health and wellness what this whole industry is about? . For me, the more I focus on those main lifts and limit the influx of other info the better. Don’t get discouraged! Just do the best you can and focus on the basics. For example, squats work my abs more than any other ab exercise! . Follow a plan that’s sustainable. Your workouts don’t have to look a certain way as long as they’re challenging for you and you can continue living a meaningful life.

As a result, your performance improves in sports or daily activities that require arm movements and upper body strength. ➖ 😊The tricep extension is an isolation exercise; the movement occurs at only one joint and targets one muscle group. This allows you to focus your efforts on just your triceps muscles. Other exercises work the triceps as secondary muscles, such as the chest press or push-up. When your triceps can push more than your body weight. Lol Im trying so hard to stay seated, this is another reason why i gotta gain weight. Idk know exactly how much resistance the machine itself has but i put on 160 on both sides. Now i highly doubt +320 is the actual weight thats being pushed because i think the most Ive ever did on the other dip machine was 240. Ill have to check next week.
