It funds programs so that your future daughter has a way out if she ends up with a dick. It creates a supportive community to help women out of the situation and it increases awareness to men these days that you arent tough. You are the epitome of weak. I had Brunch today... not quite breakfast, not quite lunch but it was protein packed! 1serving of @oikosprotein triple zero vanilla yogurt, 1serving of @traderjoes Garlic Hummus Dip, 1slice of @traderjoes yogurt cheese, 1 slice turkey breast from my local deli and 1 @kingshawaiian sweet dinner roll. So good! Totals as follows: Protein 32g, Carbs 35g, Sugar 13g, & Na 600mg.

TASTY TUESDAY 👅 I did a poll 2 weeks ago asking which recipe youd guys like to see & gluten free cookies blew protein balls out of the water SO. I hope this recipe hits the spot for when youre craving something sweeet. • These actually were SUPER easy to make and by far the most delicious Gluten free - Vegan cookies I have ever made! •• INGREDIENTS 🌟1 and 1/2 cups almond flour 🌟3 Tbsp. coconut flour 🌟3/4 tsp. baking soda 🌟2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil 🌟3 Tbsp. Almond butter 🌟1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup 🌟splash pure vanilla extract 🌟about 2 and 1/2 oz. dark chocolate I used 82% •• INSTRUCTIONS ✨Preheat oven to 350 degrees ✨Combine almond flour, coconut flour together, Stir up so there is no clumps ✨Separately combine baking soda, coconut oil, almond butter, syrup, vanilla. ✨Combine all the wet & dry ingredients along with the chocolate ✨Measure out around 2 tablespoon of dough into a think flat circle. (I could have made mine flatter, they dont spread apart too much) ✨Cook for 10 minutes & sit for 5 🍪EAT UP ! •• @laurenonesi and I are clearly on the same frequency when it comes to healthy treats!
