Ingredients: 4 serves uncooked pasta 2 cans chickpeas 1½ cup basil leaves, loosely packed ¾ cup olive oil or water 3 garlic cloves 3 tbs tahini ½ cup toasted pine nuts 1 tsp salt 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Method for the sauce: Mix chickpeas, basil, oil/water, garlic, tahini, ¼ cup pine nuts and salt to a food processor. Process until as smooth as possible.

TASTY TUESDAY 👅 I did a poll 2 weeks ago asking which recipe youd guys like to see & gluten free cookies blew protein balls out of the water SO. I hope this recipe hits the spot for when youre craving something sweeet. • These actually were SUPER easy to make and by far the most delicious Gluten free - Vegan cookies I have ever made! •• INGREDIENTS 🌟1 and 1/2 cups almond flour 🌟3 Tbsp. coconut flour 🌟3/4 tsp. baking soda 🌟2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil 🌟3 Tbsp. Almond butter 🌟1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup 🌟splash pure vanilla extract 🌟about 2 and 1/2 oz. dark chocolate I used 82% •• INSTRUCTIONS ✨Preheat oven to 350 degrees ✨Combine almond flour, coconut flour together, Stir up so there is no clumps ✨Separately combine baking soda, coconut oil, almond butter, syrup, vanilla. ✨Combine all the wet & dry ingredients along with the chocolate ✨Measure out around 2 tablespoon of dough into a think flat circle. (I could have made mine flatter, they dont spread apart too much) ✨Cook for 10 minutes & sit for 5 🍪EAT UP ! •• @laurenonesi and I are clearly on the same frequency when it comes to healthy treats! Let me elaborate on it my friend - You see, the only thing that should change when you’re trying to lose fat is the QUANTITIES of the foods you’re eating. Of course, you want to changing some food choices, but largely… You want to be keeping them the same. - As long as you can keep your calories where they’re supposed to be, you can keep your proteins high and fat low-ish. You’re good. It doesn’t really matter what you’re eating when it comes to body composition. - That doesn’t mean you can eat junk all day. Definitely not. Overall health, cell health and all of that stuff is VERY important too, not even to forget about energy levels during the day.
